No not the Winter Lord of that Frozen version of Tinker Bell (Even though Secret of the Wings came out before Frozen, they have the SAME PLOT! Think about it!)

The Minister of Winter is a blunt, uncompromising fairy. She knows how to get the job done, and isn't interested in nonsense. While generally too busy to spend much time on her hair, she washes it in ice water to make it shiny, a tip she acquired from Rosetta. In addition to leading the annual effort to bring winter to the Mainland, the Minister of Winter has identified seventeen diferent classes of snowflakes, and is considered a great scholar of snow.
In Tinker Bell (2008), she is seen with the other ministers and Queen Clarion. They dicuss what is going to happen if spring doesn't come, eventually Tinker Bell fixes everything.
I say she's forgotten because where in the wide world of Neverland is she??? The first Tinker Bell movie and the Secret of the Wings movie doesn't make sense! Why the sudden Character change? Why change the movie if THEY ALREADY CROSS THE WINTER WOODS???? What. The. Heck. Disney. Toons!!!!???????
And she's a superintendent to Lord Milori.

Sparky: I would like to apologize readers. Rewrite actually enjoys Secrets of the Wings but the Lord of winter, Minister of Winter, and crossing the winter border drives her nuts. Case dismissed.
Rose: Thank you Sparky and I'm sad to say that this is the end of TWOFD. (Sorry 007fan, I just have so much to do. Guess we won't do it after all. I really need to stop adding so much on my plate)
So I'm ending my book now until I finish my epic ending. Oh yes, I'm having a HUGE epic ending that I was hoping to share to y'all around Christmas. But now it's New Years Eve and I still haven't finished typing it.
