Spoiler Alert :

If you haven't read the existing Hunger Games books by Suzanne Collins, don't read this, because I'm afraid you wouldn't understand. The characters in this story belong to Suzanne Collins, and I thank her for the best books I've ever read.

So this story, is what I think would be the fourth Hunger Games book. In the last book, they have an epilogue, that doesn't use detail at all. Just says who she marries, and has kids. This story is starting a little before Peeta proposes to Katniss, and they still live in District 12, and Panem is run by Paylor.
