Ziva wakes up in the bed the next day. Tony wasn't lying nex to her and she couldn't remember how she got in the bed. She was confused. Was Tony still gone and angry at her? She went up and went into the living room. She sees Tony sleeping on the couch. Why are he sleeping on the couch..?It has to mean that he is still angry at me. I maybe just should tell him the truth... But not now. She snapped out of her thoughts and made breakfast. She made egg and bacon and she left a plate to Tony when he wakes up. After she had ate she took a pen and paper. She write a little note to him. 'Good morning. There are breakfast in the kitchen to you. I'll tell Gibbs something why you are late. I didn't want to wake you up. See you soon. // Ziva' She left the note on the table next to the couch and got ready for work. When she walks into the squad room is Gibbs already there. "Good morning Gibbs." "Morning Ziver." She sits down behind her desk. "Tony just called me in the elevator. His car is broken. He will come as soon as he can." "Morning guys!" Says McGee when he walks in. "Where is Tony?" "His car is broken, so you two will pick Lucas Sehorn up and bring him in. I want to talk to him." "Ok Gibbs." On the way out to the elevator Ziva text Tony. "You have the address Tim?" "Yes."

Tony's place

Tony wake up with the sun in his eyes. He sits up and yawns. He sees the note on the table and grab it. As he reads and smile comes across his face. He takes up his phone out of the pocket as he walks out to the kitchen. He had got a text from Ziva. 'I told Gibbs your car was broken. You came as fast they had fix it. I'm on my way to pick Lucas up with McGee, see you later.' He sat down at the table and ate his breakfast Ziva made. Then he changed clothes and drove to NCIS. "Hey boss, sorry I'm late. My car got broken." "Yeah Ziva said that." "Where is she and McGee?" "Picking Lucas Sehorn up." Tony sits down behind his desk and start to work. Gibbs phone rings and it's McGee. "What do you got McGee?" "Um Lucas Sehorn is dead boss." "I'm on my way. DiNozzo you drive." He throw the car keys to him. "Where are we going, boss?" "Lucas Sehorn is dead." They drove to West Virginia under silent. After the crime scene they drove back to NCIS. "DiNozzo take down the evidence to Abby, McGee credit card and stuff and Ziva personal life. I'm in autopsy." "Yes boss." Ziva and McGee sits down behind their desks and start to work. After a while McGee looks up at Ziva. "What is it Tim?" "Um nothing." "While we are still alone, what is going on between you and Abs? Are you together?" "Yes I think so." "Only think?" "No we haven't talk about it so much so I don't know. But..." "But...what... McGeek?" "Nothing Tony." McGee sighs. "Can I talk to you Ziva?" "Sure." Ziva and Tony went into the elevator and he switch it off. "What did you want to talk about?" "Thank you for all this morning. It was sweet of you. I wouldn't had said all that yesterday. I am so..." "Stop Tony." "What?" "Listen, I should have told you the truth Tony. I can't do this more, I can't lie to Gibbs. I'm sorry." She switch on the elevator again but Tony switch it off. "Hey Ziva, stop" He pulled her into his arms and look her in the eyes. "I love you, Ziva. I want you, only you. I'll do anything just to have you." "I can't Tony. I'm sorry." She switch on the elevator again and goes to the ladies room. Tony walks back to the squad room and sits down behind his desk. "Where did Ziva go?" "Ladies room I guess." "Is she ok?" "Yes why wouldn't she?" "I don't know. I just wondered." "Anyway we should start work before Gibbs comes back." Ziva comes back and says nothing. She just sits down behind her desk and start working. She sees Tony staring at her but she ignore him. "We continue this tomorrow. Go home" Gibbs says and goes to the elevator.
