Kyoko's breath was stolen at the simple beauty of the accommodations booked for their Hawaii adventure. It was everything one could ever ask for and more. The Fairmont Orchid was just one of those places one had to see to believe and Kyoko felt almost like a real princess as she was escorted to her beautiful room. The show had booked the Fairmont Gold Executive Suite for herself and Maemi whilst the Hizuri Family shared the Fairmont Gold Presidential Suite. Kyoko couldn't help but stammer at the beautiful Hawaiian hotel manager who had not only escorted her to her room but given her a full tour with information on room service and other such features. Kyoko wondered why anyone would need an internet connection or the 42" LCD HD Flat Screen television with built in media hub and iPod adapter when you could simply step out onto the lanai for a spectacular ocean view?

They had arrived early that morning after their flight the evening before. Kyoko had managed to get a few hours sleep on the fully reclining first class airliner that had brought them to their Hawaiian getaway. But now seeing the beauty of the island she was in no way tired as she stood on the Lanai breathing in the fresh ocean air. With this being the first day Makoto had told them it was simply a day to get to know each other. Though saying that Kuon would be away for the day doing an impromptu job which Lory had dragged him away for. So Maemi and the Hizuri couple had decided very much like the first day of the show they would spend the day at the beach together.

Maemi smiled as she walked between Julie and Kuu chatting as they walked across the beach towards the sun bed set up the hotel had put together for them. She wondered for a moment where Kyoko had gotten off to, but who was she to miss out on this amazing opportunity to spend time with such amazing people? They were laughing together when it happened... Maemi stared utterly and completely gobsmacked at Kuu, as the clump of wet seaweed lay dripping in his hair while Kyoko stood behind him laughing.

"Kyoko!" Kuu growled.

The camera crews and staff expected a complete meltdown from the famous actor. Even Julie seemed shocked by the sound of Kuu's voice. But a moment later as Kyoko stopped laughing and Julie relaxed beside Maemi who tried to stop herself from laughing, the look on Kuu's face completely changed. He whipped the dripping substance from his head, laughing himself and chased Kyoko as she screamed and laughed off and across the sands.

"You told me I could get you whenever and however I wanted!" Kyoko said between gasps of laughter as Kuu rubbed the slightly disgusting clump into her side. The older man laughed and agreed wholeheartedly. They made a comical pair and Maemi couldn't help but stare gawking at the sheer audacity of Kyoko and her behaviour towards Japan's most famous actor.

"Well let's just leave them to it shall we?" Julie said as she picked up the bag Kuu had been carrying.

"Is it OK just to leave them like that?" Maemi asked again, looking at the pair as they acted like children.

It seemed that way to her anyway as they raced around the beach play fighting. She watched as Kuu scooped Kyoko off her feet tossing her over his shoulder in a fireman's lift before running to the water and throwing her into the waves. Julie just shook her head. The willpower she was using to stop herself from laughing at the pair made her feel like her ribs would break, but still she felt the need to remain impartial. Even if she knew her son was truly in love with Kyoko, she needed to respect Maemi's feelings. She had yet to find out if the girl truly had romantic feelings towards Kuon.

"I'm sure they will be fine," she said with a wave of her hand turning away from the playful pair as the staff and crew tried in vain to hold back their own laughter. "Let's just say i think Kyoko is settling a score."

Maemi looked over full of curiosity as Julie smiled at the young woman. Hooking their arms together they walked the final few steps towards the waiting sunbeds and Julie told Maemi all about Kuu and Kyoko's first meeting together leaving out none of the details. By the end of the tale even Maemi was laughing at the thought of Kuu eating leftovers and losing to Kyoko.
