"so, how'd it go?" you asked barry while you sat on the couch watching tv, as barry waltzed into your home. "i told her how i felt about her.." barry started, looking heartbroken. he had finally told iris about his crush on her, but it didn't work out. she fell in love with eddie and when barry did confess he had realized something else; he was in love with you. after all you've done, all you've been through, it was all for him. you loved him, and he realized the person he really did love was not iris. it was you. an act of redamancy. "and what happened after that?" you asked. "i realized i fell in love with someone else, it felt wrong confessing to her." barry admitted, while you tilted your head in confusion.
