When I think of escaping, I read. I read because its what I love to do.
I love being able to imagine the arts of other writers. I love when authors are fantastic at imagery, I love the idea of me actually being in the story going through the motions that the characters are going through.
I remember when I was a few years younger, my mom would pick me up from the library (because it was beside my bus stop) and one day I was immensely bored so I picked up a book.
Best believe, that's when I found my love for books. I became the bookworm that I am today.
Words to the wise; Reading is a fantastic way to spend your time, so whenever you have free time you should consider picking up a book.
