"you look damn fine joon."

lily reassures the older, he smiles revealing his dimples.

"i think i look damn fine too."

jimin compliments himself, spinning around in his denim jacket and jeans.

"why're you always so prepared?"

hoseok asks, seeing that jimin always has an set of clothes to go out, to party and to sleep. strange.

"you never know when there's going to be an apocalypse."

jimin answered, grinning with hands by his hips and looking up. while the two were chatting on, the rest were examining themselves, checking if they were wearing suitable clothes. taehyung and jungkook excluded.

hoseok in his black turtle neck, jeans and clutch bag. yoongi wearing black dress pants and shirt along with a black cap, ridding sight of his newly grey-dyed hair. and jin in his light beige mid-sleeve and lengthy denim shorts. taehyung and jungkook were both unprepared, taehyung settling on going out with his pyjamas and no one bothered to stop him.

while jungkook was stuck with his daffy duck pyjama top and random jeans he found in the duffel bag he brought over.

"lily do you have any large shirts?"

"a shirt?"

lily asks, sounding baffled at the front door. where all their shoes were stored. studying jungkook from the where she was, checking if he was joking while holding his jeans up high with a belt ready to be tightened.

"uh, yeah i think i have some."

she says, understanding that he wasn't joking. she strides towards her room in her two inch boots, giving off a confident look. when she really wasn't.

"here, try this."

lily throws a mustard stussy long sleeve at the young boy. he catches it and immediately strips off his night top and slips on the provided clothing.

"wow, it fits."

the boy comments.

"and it looks good too."

namjoon adds, again admiring the maknae line's effortless adaptions.

"come here."

lily beckons, staring deeply into jungkook's torso. she found the loose shirt oddly annoying and frustrating. as soon as he reaches her she pulls the waist of his jeans close and tucked the baggy ends in. bewildered, jungkook stands awkwardly, holding his arms up and giving lily easy access to his pants. once she was done she spun him to his side and rolled up the droopy sleeves up to his elbows; then doing the same onto the other arm. during this short moment he notices the mascara applied on her lashes and the light aroma of perfume on lily. his cheeks grew a pink tone and looked away from the one he suddenly found fondness in and cleared his throat awkwardly.

lily looked up and saw the boy feel tensed and smiled to herself. her dongsaeng was being cute again.

"i should dress you up sometime..."

lily says to herself, standing afar and focusing on how he looked. while the three who were still standing to attention, staring at the two down the hallway, having a slight moment.

"hey, jin."

lisa motions for him to tilt over closer to her.

"don't you think they kinda look good together?"

she whispers. but unsuccessfully, taehyung heard the message who was sitting by lisa's side.

no.

he thought.

"can we go now?"

hoseok pleads, eager and thrilled to head out before the sun goes down.

"yep! let's go."

they walk to the door, shoes being slipped on and purses and wallets in hand. unwashed plates in the sink, cushions now all over the couch and the messy guest bedroom was left. they were excited for a day out.
