They finally made it at about 4:20 after Zay having to stop three times. They pulled in to the thrift shop behind the club. They walked in to the retro area with Girls just wanna have fun blasting in the background. There was a blonde girl with big curly hair dancing behind the counter. Zay tapped the counter and she turned around quickly. Her cheeks became red very quickly as she became embarrassed.
"I'm so sorry. I'm Peyton." She said as she shook Zays hand.
"Don't worry about it doll we are just here for some outfits. Formal, we need to go to the night club tonight for the party." Zay said.
"Of course I'll see what we have in the back. Your a 4 right?" She asked pointing at Riley and looking her up and down.
"Yeah how did you know?" Riley said laughing.
"I've gotten used to it. Come with me." She said taking Riley into the back. A few moments later she returned without Riley.
"She's trying On a few things, lets get you boys in some tuxes." Peyton smiled as she got three tuxes and handed them to the boys.
"Alright the dressing rooms are right there change quickly." Peyton said as she pushed them in to changing rooms. A few moments later they walked out of the changing rooms. Peyton wasn't there.
"Peyton?" Zay called.
"Come on." Peyton said quietly. Behind Peyton was Riley in a stunning purple gown.
"Wow." Farkle said staring at her.
"Stop staring your making me uncomfortable." She said shifting as she attempted to fix her dress. Peyton swatted her hands away and smoothed it out again.
"You just look stunning." He mumbled.
"Thank you." She blushed. Peyton adjusted Riley's hair.
"Well you guys it's 4:50 and I think the party starts soon." Peyton smiled at them.
"Thank you Peyton." Riley said as she hugged her.
"Your welcome." Farkle paid for their outfits and as they left, a man was getting ready to walk in. He was tall and blonde. They looked through the glass door to see him hug the Blonde and then kiss her softly on the lips.
"They're cute." Zay said.
"Yeah." Lucas agreed.
"I wonder what their story is." Riley said.
"I bet it's a great one." Farkle said looking over at Riley.
"Alright well we got to go!" Lucas said as he directed the group to his car.
"Let's get our party on!" Zay yelled.
"Oh oh." They yelled in response as they took off. Peyton stared at them through the glass door.
"What's wrong Peyton?" The boy asked as he wrapped his arms around her from behind.
"Nothing they just seemed so happy, your remember how we used to be with all our friends Lucas." She said. He kissed her on the cheek.
"I remember."He said.

The night club was very fancy.
"I bet this is used more for actual clubbing. But they are throwing this event which is formal." Farkle said as they stood in line waiting to get in.
"Probably. Anyways what are we looking for in here?" Lucas asked Zay. Zay pulled the note out of his pocket
" its in the dining room. It says that it will light up our world." Zay reviewed.
"Alright I suggest we go in and attempt to find the dining room. I'll go with Farkle and you two go together. Please try to act like you fit in."Riley pleaded.
"No promises." Zay commented as they moved closer to the front.
"Zay!" She argued as she hit him.
"Alright alright I'll do my very best." Zay said giving her a very unconvincing smile. They walked up to the front and the man waved them through. Farkle and Riley took off one way and Lucas and Zay the other they agreed to meet back at 6:00 in the foyer if they didn't find anything. When you first entered it was a Giant foyer with two sets of stairs going up the sides. Many people were standing in the Foyer chatting and smiling. To the left and right beside the stairs and in between the stairs were entry ways that went to separate rooms. One was darker and probably more for the club part of this, while the other seemed fancier with bright lights shining through, and the third was closed French doors.Riley and Farkle chose the way to the left. Zay and Lucas began their way to the dark room and Farkle looked at Riley and smiled a sweet smile.
"Let's go Ms. Matthews." He said in a phony British accent while sticking out his arm for her to take.
"Don't mind if I do mr. Minkus." She agreed as she wrapped her arm around his and huddled close to him as they slithered their way through the crowd. Meanwhile, Zay and Lucas were looking around the dark room. It had a dance floor which was the main gist of it. However, there was a door to the left of the entrance that could be for really anything. Lucas hit Zay to get his attention and pointed him in that direction. They adjusted their suits and walked towards the door. They opened it and to their surprise, there was ballroom dancing. It's so weird to go from club dancing with the lights all dark to a brightly lit room for a classical style of dance.
"Well." Lucas said dryly.
"This could take longer than expected." Zay said. Lucas nodded and they took off again. Farkle and Riley weren't having any better luck. Their first room was a socializing room were everyone was sipping champagne and talking casually. Farkle grabbed two glasses off the servers tray and gave one to Riley.
"This is illegal," she giggled.
"Then don't drink to much. One glass makes us look sophisticated." He said. She gripped on to his arm a little tighter as she took a very tiny sip of it.
"Just like that." He replied smiling at her. When Farkle smiled at her she couldn't help but smile back. His smile was almost perfect with his pearly white teeth and straightened to perfection. He gingerly guided her through another set of doors in to what was the waterfront. They walked down the small wooden balcony and looked down at the water.
"What time is it?" Riley asked.
"About 5:30 and nothing." He said adjusting his watch. He grabbed Riley's hand as he watched her smile drop to a frown.
"Hey hey don't be worried. It'll all be just fine." He said pulling her towards him for a hug. They stood there like that for a few minutes. Just taking in each other's presence as the rest of the world melted away. As they pulled away they looked each other right in the eyes.
"You're always there for me when I need you." Riley said lightly to him. Almost like she was realizing it herself.
"And you're always there for me." He replied.
"You'll always be there for me ,right?" She asked searching his eyes as she grabbed both of his hands.
"I can't think of a time where I wouldn't drop anything and everything to help you." He looked at her. They both found themselves slowly leaning in. Riley was ready this was what she wanted. Maybe. Right as she felt his breath on her lips there was a few chimes and then a voice.
"Head to the dining hall, it's time for food!" It said cheerfully. They quickly pulled themselves apart and followed everyone else. Turns out the dining room was behind the French doors. It was huge with hundreds of tables. It had two giant chandeliers. In the middle was a small fountain that had lights all around it.
"This is so beautiful." She whispered. They then saw Zay and Lucas and pulled them along with them to find a table. They sat at a four person table closer to the middle, it was close enough to the fountain to where even over all the loud talking you could hear the water hit the water. Riley smiled maybe one day she could have her wedding here or something, she looked over at Farkle who's cheeks turned red when she saw him staring at her. The table was round and she sat beside Farkle, who was beside Zay, who was beside Lucas. They got served steaks cooked to perfection and mashed potatoes to go with them.
"So where do you think the note is?" Lucas said taking another bite.
"Well there is no way it's in one of those chandeliers." Zay said.
"Maybe it's on one of the light fixtures on the wall." Farkle said. The other two bobbed their heads in agreement.
"I don't think so." Riley said. Lucas turned his head and saw the lights on the fountain.
"It's on the fountain!" He yelled.
"How do we get it without everyone watching us though?" Zay asked.
"I'll go over there and find it real quick alright." Lucas said. He stood up and walked towards the fountain. He felt like while she was here she sketched the fountain, or was doing it by memory right now. He looked around until he saw a slight discoloration in one of the bulbs. He quickly fished out the note and shoved it in his pocket.
"Got it!" He said waving it around.
"Good you found this one I thought it might be a little complicated. I hope the stars are beautiful around there. Anyways the next clue is at the Fenwick light house in Delaware. It's hidden somewhere but it closes at 10 so I'd get a move on. Xoxo Maya." Lucas read aloud and then handed to Zay.
"Alright let's go now." Riley said as she pulled Farkle from his seat and took off. The boys followed blindly and took off. They wouldn't even get there for another 2 hours no matter what. Lucas turned up the country music and him and Zay tortured the two in the back with their singing.
