"See you later Y/N!" your closest friend Thomas calls and waves at you. Him and Minho are just about to enter the Maze for the day. You wave back and smile when Minho also waves at you. It has been a good long while since you had to admit to yourself your minor crush - scratch that, huge crush on the Keeper of the Runners. Luckily, you being the only girl in the Glade, none of the others seem to have noticed. That's one of very few good things about being the only girl here; you can keep your secrets safe. Minho is about to set off, but Thomas grabs his arm. He leans in and whispers something into Minho's ear. Minho shoots the brunet a furious, almost threatening glare when Thomas pulls away, and shakes his head. What did Thomas say?

"Can you get over here real quick, Y/N?" Thomas yells. Minho looks like he might strangle him as you jog over.

"What is it?" You ask.

"Well, I have a theory," Thomas smirks and glances at Minho, who has turned his head away, irritated. "I think Min here fancies you. He denies this theory though. But I'd like him to prove it. Are you up for a little experiment when we get back from the Maze?" This catches your curiosity to say the least. What if Minho actually does like you? You'd be missing out choosing not to put that up to a test. You agree, letting them know they can come find you in the Gardens once they get back.

"Good that!" Thomas beaks, tauntingly padding Minho on the shoulder before they jog off into the Maze. For a moment, knowing they'll spend the rest of the day together, you worry for Thomas' safety.

Someone pokes your shoulder. You turn to see an excited-looking Thomas and a peeved Minho with his gaze stubbornly fixated somewhere in the distance. Both of their hair is wet - they probably just got out of the shower. They both look hot.

"You ready Y/N?" Thomas asks, beaming sinisterly.

"Bring it on." You reply, forcing confidence into your voice. Even if Thomas' theory is wrong, you still want to keep up a good impression. Smile and act with confidence. Hopefully, though, this 'experiment' will prove Thomas' theory right. Who wouldn't wish for their crush to like them back? Thomas gestures for you to follow him and Minho. You walk to Minho's room in the Homestead, where Thomas asks you and Minho to wait for him. When he's left, you look to Minho, who's standing with his arms crossed, looking at the door where Thomas just left.

"Do you have any clue what's about to happen?" You ask, feeling anxiety building up inside of you. Minho looks over to you.

"I know just as little as you do. But considering it's Thomas' idea, it can't be too good. Knowing him, though, he'll do anything to prove himself right and anyone else wrong. " He huffs with irritation at the latter. Then Thomas returns. He has a pen and a sheet of paper with him and juts something down on it briskly. Then he plops down on Minho's bed.

"Right, I'm just gonna have you, do a few things Y/N, and then I'll observe Minho's reactions, okay?" He states, looking between the two of you. You nod, that doesn't sound nearly as bad as what you initially feared.

"You're not going to have us do anything... inappropriate, right?" Minho asks, hesitant. You frown, but look to Thomas, hoping for a no. Not that you wouldn't like to. You'd actually love to, but this would be such a messed up scenario for it. Not only would your first intimate interactions be initiated on a meaningless dare, they would also be overseen by none other than your best friend. Not a chance.

"No no, don't worry. I'm not a monster." Thomas chuckles. "One last question before we begin: Y/N, how attractive is Minho in your opinion?" You feel your cheeks burning up, taken aback. Naively, you had expected Thomas' torment to be directed at Minho alone. How are you supposed to answer that in a way that doesn't scream 'I have a huge crush on you and I have dirty fantasies about you every night' ? You try to act casually, and shrug before answering.
