"Hey guys" I walked into the cafeteria and walk towards my 4 best friends, dustin, will, Lucas and Mike.

"Hi Ali" they replied, I sat down beside mike and started eating.

"Do want to come over after school to work on our project?" Mike asked me

"Sure, its due tomorrow and we still have lots to do" I replied

"But what about our campaign?" Dustim whined

"Our grades are more important that D&d" I said 

"Ugh"

-lunch bell rings-

"Gotta go to mr.clarke's, byeee" I said  and hurried to my locker.

I sat in class not paying attention, i'm always excited to spend time with mike, i've had a crush on Mike for a while but I'm never going to risk our friendship telling him.

-time skip-
The bell rings signalling the end of the day, I collect my stuff and pack my bag.
I head outside to meet mike at the bike racks.

"Hey Ali!" I turn around and see mike walking towards me

"Hey mike" I smile at him, "Ready to go?"

"Just gotta unlock my bike" he says,
"K, lets go"

We hop on our bikes and bike to mike's house.

"Hi mrs. Wheeler" I say taking off my shoes

"Hey Ali"mrs. Wheeler smiles at me

"We will be downstairs working on our project" mike says walking to the basement door, I follow him down.

"Can you work on the poster while I finish writing my part?" I ask him sharping my pencil,

"Ok just need the markers"

"Oh yeah" I said taking them out of my bag

We work in silence until out of nowhere,

"Will you be my girlfriend?" Mike says, My cheeks go automatically crimson red? I struggle to speak,
"U-um s-sure i-i mean y-yeah i-i'll be y-your g-g-girlfriend" I stutter,
He chuckled and kiss my cheek and continues to work on our project.
Wha- did that just happen?!
