Chapter 4-Percy

It's been a week since the party. I didn't start work until a month and I was slowly dying of boredom.

To be honest, Annabeth would be expected to write books, but I do too. I write but haven't sold a book yet.

Just yet. I was hoping to think of an idea so I could be a stay at home guy or something.

Annabeth came in my office rushing. She smiled quickly and finally breathed. She was excited.

"Annabeth what is it?" I said as I pulled her unto my lap.

"Percy, I, no we are pregnant! I've been sick for a couple days at work. So I made a doctors appointment and I'm well pregnant!" she said.

I smiled and kissed her. A baby? Well I was happy now! I wanted to have a baby! Especially now!

"That's fantastic baby!" I said.

She kissed me deeply. I stroked the back of her hair.

"But Percy the thing is, we can't tell our family quite yet."

"Why? They'd be excited!"

"They said we have to wait until the second trimester, because complications that can lead the baby to well uh for the baby to be dead. in the first trimester."
