"Jungkook."
Speaking of the devil.
Turning my head to the direction of the voice, my eyes found indeed a really worried looking Jimin standing there and Taehyung, Hoseok and a girl that looked somehow familiar standing behind him with just as concerned eyes.
"Are you okay? Jungkook?"
I felt something on my cheek, something warm and wet. Was I crying?
Gasping, I snapped my hand on my eyes.
That was so embarrassing, nobody should see me cry, I was Cold Gold, not Cry Gold!
I didn't even know how this all happened, I
didn't want to cry but the tears just didn't want to stop streaming down my face.
It was too late anyway, because the next second I felt two hands heaving me up from the ground and dragging me outside, away from the girl who still continued to murmur endless sorrys.
"Did the girl do something to you, Jungkook? I can throw this ice cream on her face and pretend it was an accident, if you want!" Taehyung suggested with brightening eyes, ready to fulfill his plan.
"No, no need for that Tae", I said, sniffling and trying hard not to smile at Taehyung's plan, "She kind of ran into me, but I think it was an accident."
"Hm, alright then. It's just, I don't like this flavour so it wouldn't be a big loss anyway."
Taehyung chuckled and grimaced as he looked down at his ice cream.
"You can give it to me!" Hoseok and the girl that seemed somehow familiar shouted at the same time.
The two shot a venomous glance at each other, visibly annoyed by the other's response.
"But Hoseok had like fifty already, I don't think he needs to eat another one, right Taetae?" The girl clung at Taehyung's arm and pouted. Hoseok gritted his teeth and was about to snap back-
"Hey, Jungkook just fell and was crying and you're fighting over ice cream?" Jimin pointed at me and gave them a scolding look. I tried to cover my face with my hands because my eyes and my nose were surely still red from tearing up and it was embarrassing to be seen like this.
"Right, we should head back to our rooms it's getting dark." Hoseok said.
"Alright, goodbye Sumi, see you!" Taehyung waved at Sumi, earning an annoyed eye-rolling from Hoseok.
Wait, I knew this Sumi girl! She was the one Taehyung and I'd met the last time we'd been together at the ice cream parlour. I hadn't really liked here back then and Hoseok seemed to feel the same, considering how he'd literally thrown daggers at her with his eyes just moments ago.
The way back to our rooms consisted almost of complete silence. Taehyung made a few comments about the ice cream whose bad flavour still lingered on his tongue and he wanted to drink something really badly but except for that neither of us said something.
Back in the dorm, Taehyung also made a comment about Cold Gold being not that cold as everyone had thought, gaining a slap on his head from Jimin who shook his head and dragged me away from them.
Normally, I wouldn't just let me drag me around, especially not from someone like Jimin, but normally I wouldn't cry either.
But that's exactly what I'd done so it didn't matter anymore.
As we were back in our room and Jimin closed the door, I really didn't know what I should do. Just pretend nothing had happened? Thank Jimin for saving me out of that awkward situation with that girl? But then he would ask why I had cried in the first place and I couldn't tell Jimin about my fear of girls. Nobody should ever know about it.
