"Wait!" I shout, stopping him from leaving. "Please don't tell the guys, especially Lucas. He can't know that-"

"That you weren't actually cheating on him", Farkle finishes. I nod. He puts his hand on the door knob, saying, "I promise". He waves goodbye and leaves the cafe.

My shift finally was over. I raced out of the cafe, across the street, and into Froyo Mojo. It took me a minute to gaze around the room for Maya, but then I spotted her in the corner on her phone, typing away.

"Maya", I call.

She lifts her head, smiling at me, and waving me over. I skip over to her and slide into the booth, sitting across from her. "I was just about to text you", she tells me, gesturing to her phone. I nod with a smile spreading across my face. I just can't help it as I stare right at her. "What?" She asks, being oblivious.

"You made the team!" I cheer real loud. "You made it!"

"Yep", she smirks, letting the 'p' pop from her lips. "Some boys are about to get their butts kicked."

"So what's next?" I ask.

"Umm...", she trails off thinking. "On Monday we will be going to the camps. Coach says its suppose to get harder from here on out, so I'm going to have to work a lot harder. Also the camp is about an hour or two away from here. I'm going to miss you so much!"

"Me too, especially, your face."

"That reminds me", she says like a light bulb just switched on above her head, and clearly ignoring the sadness in my voice. "Josh's witch of a-"

"She's not a witch", I interrupt.

"Well, that big pimple on her chin says otherwise", Maya retorts. "Anyways", she continues, running her hand through her hair, "I need to call her. She has to reapply all that make up on my face and teach me how to keep it on or reapply it myself if I need to."

"I can ask Josh to call her for you", I suggest.

Maya nods. "That would be great."

As I get out my phone and start to text Josh, I notice Maya start to lean over the counter and look over my shoulder. I follow her gaze to find the boys walking through the door, looking for a place to sit.

"Do I call them over?" I ask, nervously, in a whisper as I watch Lucas stand behind Zay.

"No", Maya snaps. "Let's just go get some froyo and pretend we don't see them".

I nod and we both stand up. As we walk right pass them and over to the yogurt machines, I can't help but not look away, and soon they spot us. Lucas' eyes connect with mine and something inside me does a flip. I miss him so much. I break the gaze and scurry over to Maya, who is already filling her cup up with yogurt.

"They're coming over here", Maya informs me as I grab a cup.

I put my cup under the chocolate and pull down the handle. As I wait for my cup to fill up, I look at the boys. Lucas is whispering to Zay as they are grabbing cups, and I notice Farkle wave to me before walking over to Maya. And Maya doesn't look so happy. Let's just say she hates all the boys at the moment. She turns her back on Farkle and continues filling her cup.

"Sorry", I mouth to Farkle. He just waves it off. I smile and go back to filling my cup.

"Looks good", a voice whispers into my ear. I freeze as I feel his warm breath breathe against the crook of my neck. I literally can not move. "Where's the boy-friend?"

"A better place than where you're gonna be going", I hear Maya say as she steps in between us. "Now leave."

"Come on, Hart, let me talk to Riley."

"Riley?" Maya questions, turning to face me, "do you want to talk to Mr. Cowboy over here?" I'm about to shake my head no, but Lucas interrupts me, saying something that actually makes me angry.

"Maya, your just a girl trying to act all tough in all. It's stupid! You know I can easily push you out of the way. You know your weak. So, leave and let me talk to Ri-"

"Do you even hear yourself?" I shout in his face, my face turning red with anger. "Are us girls that weak as you make us sound? You know what, I don't want to talk to you. So, just leave. Now!"

"I'm not leaving", he fights back.

"I would", Maya smirks.

"Why?" Lucas questions.

The smirk on Maya's face doesn't go away, but grows as she grabs Lucas' belt buckle and pulls him close to her. I can't help but feel a bit jealous. She grabs the hem of his jeans and his boxers, pulling them away from his body. She leans up against him on her tippy toes, and says to him, "cause you might want to  go change your pants." On key, all of her yogurt dumps into his pants.

"What the heck, Maya", Lucas screams in her face, taking us both back, one of his hands gripping her wrist.

I look at Maya and see her scoff with a tiny tear in her eye. She takes a step back and runs out. What just happened?

I step towards Lucas and look him right in the eyes. "Don't ever talk to me again."

"Ri-"

I reach my hand into my cup and scoop up all the froyo I can, and smack it onto Lucas' face. "Enjoy", I say before walking to the door. I set my hand on the handle and look back at the boys. Zay and Farkle have a shocked look on their faces, and for Lucas, I'm not sure. Is he confused? Hurt? I don't know, I just walk out.

No man should treat woman like that. They can't just tell us we're stupid or weak compared to them, it's not okay. I don't care how much I like Lucas or care about him, but not til he can treat us, woman better, he doesn't deserve me at all.
