Honestly I really think you should try to have a civil chat with your mother and tell her that you're a grown person and she can't hit you, it's not okay and it never will be. Tell her you're a human being who had opinions that may be different from her own but she, as your mother, has to respect that.
You should tell your father how you feel about him just being a bystander, he's your father he's supposed to protect you and he's not doing that.
If this continues further I suggest telling a relative/ close friend.
