If you know the reason she left was because of something you did to hurt her then I think you should go and tell her you're sorry and how you feel.
But if you don't know why she left you, try talking/messaging her. It's not good to leave a relationship on a blank like that. It'll feel better to know than be left in the dark.
Tell her that you still love her. Let her know, you're already broken up it can't get worse and I know it'll feel better letting it out, even if they say no.
If she says no then at least you were honest with yourself and her and it'll be much easier to move on and meet someone else.
