I suggest you going to a parent/guardian. If this problem is because of your parent/guardian then I suggest you tell a school guidance counsellor or a relative or any other trustworthy adult.
Your situation seems serious and if no one believes you, don't stop trying to tell people. Get it to your guidance counsellor and if they don't believe you take it to your principal because they're not doing their job and neither is your Literature teacher.
