I can't believe we're going back to school tomorrow. I going to be a tenth grader. Oh, someone's moving into Mystreet. Should I meet them? I'll give them some space first.

Renee POV

Wow, that was quick. I'm all set! Time to lock up, and go get another job. I text Daphne.

R: Hey already going to work! I miss u guys already!

D: We miss u too! Have fun!!

As I was walking I bumped into someone and dropped my phone.

??? POV

"I am so sorry I wasn't looking where I was going," she says.

"It's fine," I say.

"Are you new to Mystreet, I've never seen you before?" I ask with a smile.

Y-yes I am n-new to M-my street. she stutters and blushes.

"I'm Vylad. Nice to meet you." I say with a soft smile.

"I'm Renee. N-nice to meet you t-too. She stutters again.
She looked at her phone on the ground and started to grab it but I already went for it. So she accidentally put her hand on mine. She quickly pulled it back, smiled, and blushed. I picked it up and handed it to her.

"Thanks." She says looking at the ground and blushing.

"No problem!" I say.

"I'll see you around bye," I say and start walking.

"See ya!" she says.

I knock on Garroth's door.

He opens it.

"Hi baby brother!" he says with a huge smile and lets me in.

"What are you so happy about? I ask and sit down on the couch.

"Who was that new girl you were talking to? He asked with a big smile.

I blush. "Um....why would you like to know?" I ask.

"Cause' I'm your big brother," he says.

"And......?" I ask.

"Vyylaaaaaddd." he says.

"Gaaaarrrrroooottthhh." I say.

"Why can't you tell me?" he asked.

"Cause'...... that's personal. I say.

"Oh ok," he says.

I get up and get ready to leave but...

"If you don't tell me, I'll get Aphmau to lock you in her room, make you wear a dress and....play with her ponies," he says in a dark Zane like voice.

I sit back down. Aphmau is a great friend and all but I'll pass.

"Sooooooooo!" Garroth says eagerly.

"Her name is Renee." I start.

"Is she cute?" Garroth asks.

I blush again, but really hard this time.

"Wellll, ya know.....she's..... I pause.

Garroth motions his hands for me to keep going.

"She's not my type." I lie.

"When did you get a type?" Garroth asked.

"Just now," I say.

"Okay so, I gotta go, but before I do, were you watching me talk to Renee?"

"Of course I was!!" Garroth jumps up and down.

I sighed,"By the way, Laurance wants to talk to you."I say.

"Why hello there, welcome to The Mexican Buffet! How may I help you?" the greeter said.

"Hi, I'm here for a job," I say.

"First name?" she asks.

"Renee," I say.

"Last name Zoar?" she asks.

"Correct," I say.

"Well then, a position for a waiter is open," she said.

"That's just what I'm looking for!" I say with a smile.

"Your last job said you are a very good waiter," she said.

"That's me." I smile.

"Are you free to work next weekend?" she asked.

"Yes, I am," I say.

"I'll be waiting for you bye!"

"Thank you, bye! I say and start walking.

At Vylad's house

So Laurence told me that the new girl, Renee, lives across the street from Vylad! This is good news...REALLY good news.

"I think Vylad likes Renee," I tell Laurence.

"Really? He's never liked anyone before." Laurence said.

"I know, and when I asked him if she was cute he blushed really hard. That's never happened before!" I say happily.

"I'm happy for him!" Laurance says.
