Charmaine's Pov

You probably are wondering who I am. Well I'm Alex's younger sister. Me and him have the same mom but different dad. Alex and I look nothing alike, but if you hang around us long enough you can tell that we're related.

I'm 4'10 with long red hair. I have caramel skin and brown eyes. I can be bipolar, smart, and strong. I just turned 17 and I'm enjoying life. Today was my day off from school so I decided to go shopping. I needed to buy myself a new outfit for this party coming up.

I was walking in the mall when I ran into Alex. Speak of the devil I haven't seen him in forever. 😩 I love my big brother to death but he's been real fake lately. I can't even recall the last time he's stopped by. Him and mom get into all the time. She doesn't approve of his lifestyle. He was really smart in school and the best basketball player I've ever seen. He gave that all up to be a drug dealer. I know he's mad with our mom, but that doesn't mean he has to stop seeing me. I really miss him.

I see him with a group of people. When I get closer I see that it's some really pretty girl, Ronnie and some other girl.

"Guess you don't know anybody huh?" I Say standing right in front of him.

"Hey sis what you doing here?" Asks Alex

"I came to shop duh. The real question is how come you never see me anymore? It's been weeks since we've last seen each other. I'm starting to think to you forgot about me." 😪

"Come on now you know that's not true. I'll always love you I never stopped. I'm sorry I haven't been around lately. It's not you, it's mom. You know I can't stand to be around her." Says Alex

"That doesn't mean you can't come see me. I really miss my big brother."

"Aww I miss you too Baby girl," says Alex lifting me off the ground and into a hug.

"Alex who is this?" Asks some girl with really curly hair.

"Oh sorry babe this is my little sister Charmaine. Charmaine I want you to meet my girlfriend Ashanti. I also want you to meet my girls friend Jojo. You already know my boy Ronnie." Says Alex

"Hey everyone. Nice to meet you and did you say girlfriend? Ashanti that's a pretty name."

"Thank you Hun. Alex I can't believe you didn't tell me you have a sister. She's so cute." Says Ashanti

"Alex I like this girl she's a keeper." 👌

"Will do. So how you been?" Asks Alex

"Good me and mom get a long much better. I'm doing extremely well in school. I have all straight A's."

"Aww lil sis I'm so proud of you. What about the boys you got a boyfriend?" Asks Alex

"No I don't actually."

"You better not cuz I'll beat their ass. I don't want no nigga running game on my baby sister." Says Alex

"I'm not a baby anymore I can handle myself." I say looking over at Ronnie.

I hate how he's babying me in front of his friends. Especially Ronnie I've had the biggest crush on him for the longest. I couldn't help looking him up and down. I quickly turned away so he wouldn't catch me checking him out.

"Hello to you too. What a nigga cant get a hug?" Asks Ronnie smiling at me.

"Of course you can." I walk over to Ronnie and he pulls me into a hug. He smells so good I almost didn't want to let him go. 😩
