Chapter 9: You're My Favorite (Edited)

She slowly walks over to him, shaking more than she was. Once she stands in front of him, she looks down. He puts his bloodied hand on her cheek. She sees the blood on his hand then starts to cry softly

Ethan: Sh sh sh don't be scared

She sees scissors in the opened drawer but quickly looks back at the floor

Ethan: Look at me

She stays staring at the floor

Ethan: Come on now

She slowly lifts her head. He smiles big

Ethan: That's a good girl

He moves his hand to her lip. She feels the blood then freaks out. She quickly grabs the scissors and strikes him with it, cutting his face. He yells and grabs his face as she shoves him to the drawer and runs up the stairs. He follows behind, grabbing her leg. He starts pulling her down, getting ready to grab her hrad but she turns around and strikes him in the hand with the scissors. He grabs onto his hand while yelling. She kicks him down then runs back up.  She opens the door and crawls out. She uses her leg to kick the door close then quickly forces herself on it while locking the door. She starts catching her breath. He suddenly slams into the door, making her back up against the wall across from the door

Ash: Holy shit!

He slams into the door again and again so she quickly gets up and runs into the dining room. She runs to the back door and opens it. The door breaks as Ethan crashes into the wall. He sees her run out then goes after her. Ash runs to the gate but Ethan quickly gets in front of it. She quickly stops. His face and hand were bleeding but he didn't seem to care. She looks at the scissors while he smirks

Ethan: Better use that wisely because once it's gone, you're fucked

Ash: HELP! SOMEONE HELP ME!

He runs over. She throws the scissors at him in panic but misses, giving her a chance to run to the back fence. She jumps over it. He follows. She runs as fast as she can through the woods. She can hear his footsteps catching up to her so she tries running faster. He catches up and tackles her to the ground

Ash: HELP! HELP!

He quickly covers her mouth while holding her down. He catches his breath then starts laughing

Ethan: You're the first to actually make it outside. Going into the woods wasn't a smart idea; don't you think?

He wraps one arm around her then pulls her up. He leans against a tree as she tries to break free. He uncovers her mouth and uses his hand to take out a syringe from his pocket. She sees it and freaks out

Ethan: Calm down, it'll only hurt for a second

He wraps his other arm around her neck. She grabs onto it

Ash: Please don't kill me Ethan. I won't say anything, I swear

Ethan: Kill you? Now why would I do such a cruel thing like that? No, no. I have something else in mind

He takes the top off the syringe using his mouth then puts it in his pocket

Ash: Please!

Ethan: Hey! Calm down!

He adjusts himself so he's able to hold her while covering her mouth again

Ethan: Out of all the girls I've met, you were the loyal one. You felt comfortable around me to talk about anything. Including sex, a complete stranger that you just met. Not only that but you also gave me a gift, a really cool one to. None of them did that for me

He strokes her hair then leans into her ear

Ethan *whispers* You're my favorite girl Ash

He kisses her cheek then tilts her head so her neck is exposed. He lifts the syringe

Ethan: Don't move now

He stabs it in her neck. She yells as he injects it in her

Ethan: Sh, I know

He takes the syringe out then strokes her hair

Ethan: Easy, easy

She slowly falls to her knees, taking him with her and passes out. He takes the top out of his pocket, puts it back on the syringe, and puts it in his pocket again

Ethan: Let's go home

He picks her up, taking her back to his house
