Finding Them // sequel to Endgame AU

•Chapter 5•

*filler chapter with a few important things so don't skip. Also haven't updated in a while so here you go.*

Maya's pov

I walk into my first period class and immediately see a very good looking boy talking to his equally good looking friend. As if they sense my presence they both look up. They smile and I smile back. I go to the front of the class where the teacher is writing things on the board.

"Hello. Mr. Matthew." I say, standing in front of his desk. He turns around and smiles outstretching his arms. "Maya!" He exclaims. I look at him utterly confused as to how he already knows my name. "Good to have you here with us. I heard you couldn't join us for the first couple weeks of school due to a coma, but I hope you enjoy it here." He explains. I let out a breathe I didn't realize I was holding. I was hoping that maybe he had a dream about me or something. But no, just school information.

I take a seat in front of the brown haired boy. I turn around. "Hmm. Hey huckleberry." I say looking at the brown haired boy. I turn to his friend. "Blue boy." They look at each other and then laugh. Blue reached his hand to me and I take it. "Hey. I'm Isaiah but I'd much rather you call me Zay." I nod. "I'm Lucas." The other one says holding up a peace sign. "I'm Maya. But you can call me..." I start to think of different nicknames they could give me. "Goldilocks?" Zay recommends. My face lights up as I realize that my mother used to call me that when I was younger. "Pancakes?" Lucas follows up with a smirk. I shrug. "What ever floats your boat."

Three more people walk in. Sweater paws, and an adorable nerdy looking couple. I stand up and Sam and I embrace in a hug. Their arms around my waist and mine around their neck. "Hey. I tried waking you up but-" I start. Sam starts to laugh. "It's okay. It's very difficult to wake me up. I'm a deep sleeper." Sam says covering their cheeks with the sweater paws. I blush at how adorable this muffin looks. I go back and take my seat and can hear people whispering 'goals'.

"Hello I'm Farkle and I-" The tall cute boy starts but his girlfriend, I'm assuming punches him in the shoulder. I immediately recognize her as that girl on the bus who gave Honey and I a dirty look. She soon recognizes me as well and turns around. I look over to Farkle who just shrugs. I reach out a hand. "Nice to meet you Farkle. Hopefully we can become friends." I say, smirking as I watch the girl stare into my soul. He half smiles and it is the third most beautiful thing I've ever seen. One being Phil Lester, Two being Riley and three, of course Farkle's half smile. "This is my girlfriend, Smackle." He says gesturing towards Smackle. I give her a smile and her face lightens up as she returns... it's weird. The last person to arrive is Riley, skipping in and humming to herself.

"Riley? Why are you so happy?" The teacher asks. She twirls and then takes her seat. She looks over at me and smiles even wider, if I didn't know any better I would say that she got a lot happier after staring at me. She turns to the front. "I met a pretty girl." She says. Wait... Was she talking about me? The whole class laughed and a few people giggled.

"Okay, today we are going to be studying comas." I shoot my head up and stare at the teacher. What? Seriously?

I slump down in my chair.

This is going to be a long class.

Okay so for those of you who don't know, Joshleen (Colleen Ballinger and Joshua Evans) are officially over. I hope they both find happiness eventually and return to the Internet. Honestly, I can't believe this actually happened. Stay strong Colleen and Josh.
