I went to Hot Topic yesterday with my mom, and when we walked in we had a stressful conversation.
Mom: Are you trying to be emo?
Me: No.
Mom: Goth?
Me: No.
Mom: Then why are we here?
Me: To get clothes
Mom: So you can be emo
Me: Freckled Jesus, Mom! (Yes I said that) Can't I just go to a store without you saying I'm trying to be emo?!?
Mom: Honey, stop causing a scene.
Me: 😑
I might just be overacting but seriously my mom is annoying. I mean I can't do anything without her stating that I'm emo or goth.
Sorry for ranting like that
