Poisonous bet

The moment you realize your best friend has become something more to you is always a shock and to say our very own little fire dragon slayer mage was in complete and utter shock would be an understatement.

"Natsu! Natsu! Natsu are you even listening to me?" A very frustrated Lisanna said while waving a hand in front of his face. When she turned to face the door she instantly facepalmed. "Figures" she thought laughing to herself. "Lucy, Erza, Levy, Juvia! Over here!"

The whole guild knew that the four girls had lost a bet to 'sweet' Mirajane. None of the boys knew what the bet was about, the girls wouldn't tell them, but at this point Natsu did not care.

Natsu's P.O.V.

I was talking to Lisanna at the bar while I was waiting for Lucy. The moment I caught a whiff of my partner and best friend's scent I knew something was different, but I didn't pay it any mind. I turned around to greet my nakama when the door opened, but I froze instead. In the door way stood Lucy. She was wearing a tight, as in skin tight, red mini dress that most people wouldn't consider a dress. It had a pattern on that made it look like she had scales and her hair was down. The dress had black lace straps and she had black finger-less, wrist-length, lace gloves and thigh-high stockings on. With this she wore black high heeled leather boots that reached just below her knees. The boots had flames on the sides. On her back was a pair of dragon-like wings and she had dragon-shaped earrings on.

Levy had the same outfit on, but it was a black/grey dress and her boots had silver patterns on that appeared to be iron. Erza had on a green dress with stockings that made her look like a wood nymph. It was complete with fairy wings and Juvia had a complete mermaid look going for her.

I didn't really care about Erza, Juvia or Levy. My gaze was fixed on Lucy. She looked incredible! I think that Lisanna was saying something, but I was too focused on Lucy. I don't know if it is just me, but there is fire all around her and it makes her look even more indescribable. Fuck she looks hot! I just want to make her moan... Wait... What the fuck did I just think?

"Lucy, Erza, Levy! Over here." No don't call her over. Fuck she's coming closer. Oh shit she smells good. I want here right ... No Natsu; she's your best friend, but that scent.

Third person P.O.V.

The whole guild was silent, until Lisanna called the girls over to her and Natsu. Erza and Lucy were practically fuming and steaming in rage. They yelled at the bar in sync: "Mirajane you she-devil! We're going to kill you!"

Everyone burst out laughing when Mira had to dodge a blade from Erza; Everyone except Natsu. Gajeel and Wendy were watching Natsu with hawk's eyes.

"Hey Natsu" Lucy said timidly, approaching him. "H-h-h-e-e-ey Luce" He stuttered. "Gosh it has even got you stuttering! Does it really look that bad?" "Well Mira picked these outfits out, so of course they look bad! They look horrible!" Levy yelled. She was so nervous she was on the verge of tears. "You don't look entirely that bad bookworm." Gajeel said messing up her hair. "Really?" "Yeah love all the metal." She blushed at this comment.

"No complaining. You ladies lost the bet and this was the deal." Mira smirked devilishly, causing everyone to back away a bit.

"Yeah Lucy, cheer up it suits you well." Gray said putting his arm around her. What no one expected was the sudden growl that erupted from Natsu's throat. Shocked they just stared at him while he kept on snarling. He kept on until Gray took his arm off of Lucy and started backing away. "Chill out Flamebrain!" Gajeel and Wendy were next to Natsu in seconds each grabbing an arm. "Salamander, come with us. Now!" Gajeel said. "We'll be back soon everyone." Wendy said as they dragged Natsu out the guild kicking and screaming, well roaring.
