I hunt things. 

I hunt with my best(and only) friend Kellin. In high school(before we dropped out) we played in a band. I don't know what the other guys were doing now. Those three years were the longest I stayed in one place. I finally made a friend. Then two, then three, then a four and there was a band. I think we hung out because we were all hurt. I left them behind because I didn't want them more hurt. 

Kellin's only here because he found out. 

Monsters are real. My dad hunted them, I watched from the backseat. 

Then I was kicked out. Then I hunted them. With Kellin. 

I'm a hunter. I see bad things happen. They happen everyday. It would be worse if I didn't do anything. But it hurts.

It hurts me to watch the blood trickle out of the innocent woman's mouth. Her body was across the room. It wasn't her fault she's a vampire. 

But they always have to die.

Even if it means I die inside too.

A/N

Hi well this is my fanfiction I hope you enjoy it. Whatever is in bold is Tyler's thoughts(as he's the main character.) anything in italics is a flashback, and if it's just normal then it's a third person POV
