I'am currently rubbing my cheeks, trying to remove the sting of the slap my boyfriend just gave me. It's not a real slap, he just flung his hand across, and it hit my face. Why'd he fling his hand you say? Cause I slapped his butt. Serves me right.
"Babe?" Joshua muttered under his voice. I turned to my side, facing the back of his head and wrapped an arm around his waist, resting my hand on his stomach.
"Hmm?" I hum as I inhale the candy-sweet scent of his grapefruit colored hair.
"It's almost twelve in the morning.." He says in a rather dissapointed tone.
"What's wrong with it?" I answer.
"Our anniversary will be over soon." he mumbles in a whiny tone. Cute.
Today is our one year anniversary as a couple, and believe me, this day was one of the best. We stayed at home, which was new, we usually go out on monthssarys. Joshua cooked a delicious meal for the both of us, we watched a movie, exchanged gifts, played with the X-Box and cuddled all day. It was perfect. Well- almost perfect, there was still one thing that I wanna do and I obviously tried my best in initiating but the love of my life doesn't seem to want it yet, so no. I respect him and his comfort matters more.
So here we are laying in bed, about to drift off to sleep yet somehow, the time suddenly matters to him.
"Vernon.." He says.
Before I could answer, Joshua turns, and now he's facing me. Ah, damn those lips. I lean in and give his lips a short yet deep kiss. I look down into his eyes as we pull away and smile.
"I wanna give you something."
"What is it?"
"I love you so much."
"Aw baby, I love you more."
"I'm too shy to say this cause I have no idea whats gonna happen next." He suddenly has this nervous expression on his face, and I think I know what's coming.
"I wanna- I mean," come on.
"I'm ready to give you my virginity."
