Mirror of Reflection

Mirror, mirror on the wall,
Why are you hanging in the halls?
Staring at you, I could see a reflection
Someone who doesn't really show affection
Your glass appears to be crystal clear
But now I see the side of you that sneers
Your brilliant frame is made of gold
Only to people who have never felt it cold

Mirror, mirror on the wall,
Why do you resemble me, but not quite at all?
The reflection I see is my flesh and blood
It also reveals someone I call an insane fraud
Your innocent beam violates other's minds,
Allowing all of their fears to eternally bind
In darkness, your polar personalities rotate
Your authentic bliss is hard for me to motivate

Mirror, mirror on the wall,
Why do you choose to rapidly fall?
Your mist-covered glass is what I embrace
But the feeling of warmth doesn't show your face
Now serene halls will exist for eternity
Only to obliterate our sisterhood felicity
Never will I dispose each shattered piece
For they'll command my life to never cease
