It was already time for the board meeting, the board members were already waiting for Mr abhay
I went to his office,knocked at the door "yes" Mr abhay said
I entered "Sir,the board members are here already,they are all waiting for you"
"Am coming,  I can't find my  alliance documents with Singh group of industries"
"Let me assist you"
"Then hurry,don't waste my time"he said rudely

I searched all his file lockers,few minutes passed,I saw the documents he was searching for
"I found it" I jumped

Why are you jumping like a kangaroo? "He collected the documents from my hand as he stepped out majestically,  I followed him downstairs as we both walked into the board room together.

"Afternoon,please sit down"he said sittining down as he start talking.it took hours. I was getting bored already so u decided to play with the bottle of water and slamming it on the table not knowing
It was making a noise.

Every one turned to my direction I didn't even notice

"Zoya,you are causing a distraction "abhay said with a calm voice

"Am sorry " I replied

They  started talking,  some were making suggestions.  I also made some suggestions
It was 8:00 pm already, the meeting was over.

Everyone one was set to home already, I packed my bag and made my way to exit, I stood waiting for a cab,but couldn't get one,
"Why can't I get a cab?"I asked my self in a confused manner
I decided to walk down the roadside maybe I coul get a cab..

ABHAY  POV
"I have to get home as soon as possible,  I told dad I will be home for dinner"I said as I took my car keys off the table , I got into the car,

FEW MINUTES LATER
"What the fuck is wrong with this car,why did it stop now? I came down of the car suddenly I heard a lady screaming "someone please help,help,,, ahhhhh"

"Who is that?"I asked myself as I hurriedly ran towards the screaming direction , it was a lady been attacked by some goons.
"Hey!! Let go of her ! I yelled moving towards their direction

"And if we don't?"replied one of the goon

"Please save me, I do not know who they are" she begged me, I looked at her and it was zoya
"Zzzzoooyaa" I looked at zoya " I pushed the goon away from her,as I punched one of them on the face angrily, he fell down on the floor as i fought with the others,  i kicked one in the stomach.

"Behind you"zoya yelled giving me a warning,I looked behind me and saw someone whom I assumed as their leader,coming towards me with a huge wooden stick,I tried to dodge but he hit me on my forehead

"Abhayyyyyy!!!!"zoya screamed
I moved backwards holding my head in pain
"Who asked you to interfere? You want to be a hero right? "the leader asked with an evil laugh moving towards me

"Stop dont,,,"zoya runs toward me

"Come Back here pretty,  where are you going to?" He pulls zoya hair making her scream in pain
I stood up, gave him a blow,kicked him, smashed his head against the wall, I pushed him on the floor

"I'm sorry, please let me go,I won't come close to your girlfriend anymore"he said pleading

"She is not my girlfriend "I said furiously as I bent and pulled his hair making him scream

"Then who Is she to you?
"She is nothing to me, I just can't stand it seeing a lady been harassed by filthy idiots like you"I said staring at zoya

"Please let me go ,do not hand me over to the cops please"

I released him and kicked him in the stomach as I moved toward zoya
"iii..thank you sir,oh my god,you are hurt,let me"
