「c h a p t e r - f i v e」

following... sneaky...

After school you followed Tachibana and Haru. Then ended up at "Iwatobi Swimming Club."

Being the sneaky one you are, you waited until the two entered the building, and waited some seconds then entered. 

Spying from a wall far off you watched them... like a stalker.

"Haru-chan! Mako-chan!" a little honey-blond boy cheered as he ran to Tachibana and Haru. 

Tachibana said to him, "Nagisa, it's dangerous to run."

Point proven, Tachibana.

Nagisa laughed and said, "Sorry! Hey! What's middle school like? Is it fun?"

Hmm... noisy.

"We can't tell after just one day," Tachibana said, smiling. 

"It's normal," Haru replied simply. 

"Oh...," Nagisa said disappointed. "It's be nice if I were in the same grade as you two."

"You'll be a middle schooler next year, Nagisa...-"

"But! I can't be in a relay with you this year! And Rin-chan isn't here either..."

This kid's adorable!!

"That's right," Tachibana said. 

Haru started walking away to the pool. Scared, you put your back to the wall in case you're spotted.

"Hey Haruka! You're just diving in again!" a manly voice shouted.

Hearing that, you peaked around the corner again. You could see Haru and he was swimming fast. It was inspiring. You thought back to when you swam...

Realizing what time it must be, you ran out of the building and ran home. 

You slid your door open and shut it. You took off your shoes and started walking but your mother was in front of you. You bowed your head slightly.

"You're late," she said in a sing-song voice. 

You slightly frowned and came up with an excuse, "I had something to do after school, Mom."

She sighed and said, "Tell me the truth."

You looked up at her and spilled the beans. You yelled and talked fast, "I FOLLOWED ONE OF MY FRIENDS AND ONE HIS FRIENDS LEADING ME TO THE IWATOBI SWIM CLUB AND I SEEN HIM SWIM SO FAST!!" You stared off into the distance, your fists balled and in front of you with your eyes shining. 

"So?" your mom asked. "Do you want to swim?"

Without thinking you shouted "YESSS!!" 

"Great. I'll fill out the forms," and with that your mom left you. 

Your mouth was open and your arms stretched out to catch your mother but you couldn't reach her.

You pounded your feet up the stairs and went to your Aoki's room. You were about to open it but then you remembered he would be after school. "Yeah. He's gonna be a captain or manager..."

That's cool.

You went to your room and shut the door. 

You started getting changed into your pajamas. It was (f/c) and had tiny white chibi seals (refer to top) on it. 

You sat and stared at the place the dolphin was on your bracelet. You got up and took out a silver bracelet chain. You put it in your bag and then spotted a book and a light blue bag on you desk.

"What's this?" You picked it up.

"'How To Swim?!'"
