I sat up right on my king sized bed. I was wearing one of his old band t-shirts. The empty feeling had swallowed me whole. I pouted my lips as I watched him pull out his suitcase that he brought last night.

“Can’t you just stay here, with me?” I pleaded as I hugged my knees to my chest. His eye crinkled delightfully as he let out a raspy morning laugh. It was probably about five in the morning.

He walked over to me and planted a big kiss on my lips, “You know I’d love to, but the tour-”

I threw my hands in the air for exaggeration, “I know, I know. The tour is a big deal and that means you should stay away from your loved ones yada yada.”

I stand up and walk over to my kitchen to serve myself some Choco Krispy’s. I could hear his footsteps follow after me.

“Are you going to miss me?” He said in a sultry voice as his lips hovered over mine. His hands slowly glided to my waist.

I rolled my eyes and shook my head. He smirked back at me and turned back around to finish dressing.

When I finished my bowl I went to my closet and changed into black jeans, white V-neck, a black blazer and some old combat boots.

I plopped on my couch and flipped through the channels until Mr. Princess finally emerged from the room. He had a button up denim shirt and some black jeans and his white converse.

“You took that long for that?” I snapped harshly which he just smiled and blew a kiss at me. I get up and snatch my keys off the counter.

“Let’s go babe.” I command. In a quick second he pushes me up against the door. He kisses me passionately and he trails down my neck and along my collar bone, “I’m going to miss you so much. You better come visit.” He purred between kisses.

I tangled my fingers inside his hair as I pulled him closer, “When I’m on break.” I promised like always.

As quickly as the frisking happened it ended. Now the only touch we had was our pinkies intertwined together loosely.

We finally manage to get inside my car safely. “Can I drive?” He begged sweetly as if he were a two year old! I chuck my keys at him and quickly sit in the passenger side.

When we finally sat down he glided his hand in mine and he drove with one hand. We sang along to his Train cd.

“Marry me. Today and every day, marry me. If I ever get the nerve to say ‘hello’ in this café say you will. Mm-hmm, say you will. Mm-hmm.” He belted out beautifully while I murmured it softly.

His thumb glided across the back of my hand and it felt tingly, I guess I was getting cold. I quickly turned up the heater for a bit. I felt washed out. I can’t bear to see him go yet again for another year or so, I mean of course I’ll fly out to where ever in the hell he is and visit, but it’s not the same.

I felt my insides churn and churn. I could feel my hands clam up more and more as the mile sign on the freeway became less and less.

Louis didn’t mind grasping on to my sweaty hands.

He finally cut off the car’s soft purring engine and my only source of warmth beside his hand. I took a deep breath as I climbed out the car and helped him out with his luggage.

We walk by dozens of eager people. They took pictures and asked questions out loud. My hand slightly leaned towards his in an attempt to get him to hold it. To make me feel safe, but he didn’t. He just inched his body closer to mine in a brotherly way that made me want to punch him in the face.

“Louis! Is she your girlfriend?” I heard people shout aggressively.

I bite the inside of my cheek and hauled my ass even faster. Despite the fact that our friendship has caused me to be in the limelight a couple of times, I hate it. I can’t stand it, I fear what people write about me or what they tweet.

I could hear him chuckle loudly, “Lads she’s just a good friend, ok? Almost like a sister!” He responded loud enough for the entire world to hear!

I tried hard to swallow the knot the size of a softball down my throat. Yeah a sister you like to kiss and touch and bang, I think bitterly to myself.

We finally reach his gate where all the other lads are with their families.

“Jaime!” Niall crowed as he ran into me. I felt his arm wrap around my waist as he lifted me into the air.

“Aw Niall I’m going to miss you!” I play with his messy hair. His eyes were bright and pink from the lack of sleep. The others slowly came towards me and hugged me.

“You better come visit is in the US Price!” Harry smirked. I nodded as Liam, Zayn, and I were in the middle of a group hug which dispersed shortly after.

“I will Styles!” I hugged him tightly before making my way yet again to Louis. His facial expression was tough to read. No sign on despair showed on his face.

My heart was titter tottering in my chest. I shoved my hands inside the holes of my sweater. “I uh guess I’ll see you in ah um couple months.”  He popped a piece of chewing gum inside his mouth.

A half smile finally broke through his robotic face, “You promise? I’ll be sure to message Skype you, ok?”

I nodded and pulled him in a hug. I so badly wanted to burry my face in his bare chest under my covers with “Sunday Morning” by Maroon 5 playing on his iPhone.

He glanced around to make sure no one was looking before planting a soft kiss on my forehead.

“I’ll miss you.”

He let go and began to walk away. He quickly stopped and turned back, “Before I forget here.” He handed me a miniature origami swan made out of a gum wrapper. I smiled and held it softly in my hand like a precious jewel.
