Let the Battle Begin

Hellen: mason where is my cold drink?!

The butler walks in with nothing in his hands

Hellen: well? Where is it?

Mason: you know ma'am i wanted to give you a cold drink, but then i thought "i know something colder"

Hellen: oh really? And what would that be?

Mason:ME!!!

He holds his hands out to her and a wind of a ice gos flying towards her. She smiles and then dissapears.

Mason: aaaaaaagh!!!!

Max is in his room and hears the yelling. He grabs the gun that he packed and checks if its loaded. Then he puts it in his sash and turns around only to be scared by hellen

Hellen: sssshhh!!(whispering) our butler is a dreamer

Max: what, i dont know what youre talking about!

the room suddenly feels cold as hellen looks at her brother and grabs him then teleports outside the house, in front of it. As Max looks around confused at what just happens, the room he was in a whole bunch of ice bursts from it as mason starts to shout

Masone: madame, where are you? you need to be comfortable right now!!

Max hears the shouting then looks at hellen

Max: and you teleported to my room expecting what!

Hellen: well you do have electric powers right?

Max: well, i think so but-

their sentence is cut off by a streak of ice cutting between them. Max jumps back and hellen teleports back

Hellen: how do they expect me to fight like this!!

Max: its your fault, youve always wished to teleport away from me, but i didnt think you ment it....

Max gives her a smirk and she pouts a little then shouts

Hellen: I WAS SEVEN, what else could i want besides dolls and getting away from my brother!?!

Masone looks at her and says

Masone: well look at my luck, two dreamers huh? Its either me or you guys, and i have a family!!

He shoots shards everywhere as max hits the corner of the house and takes cover and hellen teleports next to him. Masone starts shouting

Masone: fight!! Stop running away!!

Hellen gets upset then looks at max

Hellen: while you take your time becoming spark plug, im going to fight!!

She was just about to run intothe battle when max holds her back

Max: hes just as innocent as any other dreamer here, plus i dont want to losemy little sister...

Hellen looks at him

Hellen:max, even if we do avoid killing anybody and survive this night, the dreameater will kill someone at random

Max:thats just a rumor!!

Hellen: a rumor ive witnessed at least twice!!!

Their was a pause in the moment as she brushes him off and runs in

Hellen: hey masone!!! Im sorry, but my times not up yet!! Ill send your family your regards.....

He looks at her fury roaring in his face

Masone:youll have to try first!!

He shoots a shard at her but she quickly teleports as max takes out his phone and records something really quickly

Max: my sister says shes witnissed it before.....this isnt her first time here, and shes still alive which means.......she beat the others........

He turns off the recording realizing his sister probably killed the other people from before if she was in the other dreameaters. Masone looks around for her and she teleports behind him and jumps on him. He starts to struggle and then she starts to get cold. Max peeks out and sees whats happening. She was punching him on the head but her hits were slowing down. Max looks closer. She was freezing!! He quickly got out of cover and looms at him in anger and despair for his sister. She tried to teleport but allthat happens is the teleporting cloudwas there but she couldnt teleport. Max shoots a bolt at him unexpectedly and he falls to the floor as well as his sister. She caughs and then teleports somewhere out of sight. He gets up as he feels bis chest where he was shot

Max: stop now!! Im an investigator, and im close to finding out where the dream eater program is being launched, i dont want to hurt you!

Masone ignores his words and shoots a shard at him. He quickly counters it with a bolt as he looks at his hands. He was doing this all on instinct. He runs to masone

Max:(thinking) if he wont listen, ill just take him down without killing

Masone shoots more shards at him then gets creative when max gets close and freezes the floor as max slips and falls still heading in masones direction. Masones hands turn blue and it gets coated in a thick layer of ice. When max gets close he trues to slam his fist on him but max rolls and shoots a bolt at him. His movement slowed down every time max hit him with a bolt and max realized he was paralyzing him bit by bit. When he finnaly reaches ground thats not frozen he regains his balance and looks at mason. He feels a tingle in his hands again, but that time it felt slightly different. He holds his hand to masone,bit he reacts and shoots a shard hitting max on the shoulder. Max fallsto the floor holding his shoulder

Masone: wheres yourprecious sister now huh? She left you.....and ive seen way to many movies to make this mistake and try to intimidate you when youre about to die.

Max shoulder was bleeding. The shard was big, and he couldnt take it off because it would slip out of his hand. Masone makes a huge ice shard as he shoots it at max. A pierce is heard, but max was fine. He peeks up to see that his sister was inthe way, along with a shard through her chest

Max: no....NOOOOO!!

he quickly gets up and holds his hand out to masone as a stream of lightning is shot at him, and max keeps going until all the zapping stops. Masone was paralyzed. The sun was setting. Max wemt to his sister

Max: hellen come on, stay with me!! I have a medi-

Hellen: medical kits.......dont.......work.....here........max..............the diner......its in........the....diner........................

She closes her eyes. Max sbakes her frantically then looks at masone.

Masone: what? All of a sudden investigator wants to kill me? I wouldnt be surprised, they say the dreameater brings out the real you...

The sun finnaly set. Max ran to masone when all of a sudden he wakes up in his bed. He looks around and realizes hes home. Hes out of the dreameater. He smiled for a while until

Max:........hellen!!

He grabs his keys and runs to his car driving to her house. He stops when he sees police sirens and an ambulance. There was a stretcher carrying a body. Max looks at the body then gets out of the car and throws up. Masone was there and hellens husband, crying. When max finished throwing up he glares at masone. He couldnt arrest him, he had no evidence, and the cops would hold him custody for saying he was in the dream eater. He was mad, but couldnt do anything in the real world. Masone gos back in the mansion as hellens husband gets in the ambulance with her. Max paced back and fourth and got back in his car. He couldnt stop thinking about his sister, but he shire did know one thing

Max: im gonna get that dreameater creator....
