Look who's home

Sophie's POV :

I walked into the kitchen to grab a snack. My mom was in there getting all the food ready. It smelled delicious.

I opened the fridge door and grabbed an orange juice.

" Soph," she said, causing me to turn around and look at her.

"You better be on your best behavior. This is your sister," she warned.

I rolled my eyes. I was just thankful , I was leaving with Liv instead of spending dinner listing to how much fun it is being a famous. Don't get me wrong , I loved almost everyone in the group , I just can't listen to anymore stories.

Val has been sitting in the couch for almost 3 hours although , I told her to come at 7 , she was here from 3.45 just waiting for 5th harmony to enter our living room.

The doorbell rang. "I'll get it," Val said as she walked and opened the door as she completely through herself at Lauren with her red hair covering her face

" Miss me much " Lauren stated.

Valerie lift her face up and I could see the shock on Lauren's face , it was like she was expecting someone else.

My mom walked in with my dad and Chris in tow. They gave Lauren a hug and said hello. The girls came in with their luggage in their hands. My family greeted them and Val of course. My dad and Chris took their luggage up to the guest room, where they would be staying.

I got a glare from my mom as if she was going to kill me after minutes as I sow Ally coming to hug me even though , the last time I sow her I was like 7 but she didn't change alot.

After that I could feel my body squished into the embrace of Dinah and Normani.

"Hey, Soph. No hug, for me?" Lauren smiled, as she extended her arms out.

I could see everyone in the room waiting for my next move as I looked toward my mom before I nodded.

The smile was drawn in her face as she came to me and hugged me , I actually think she misses me more than I miss her but Her hugs were so warm that I actually kinda miss them.

Slowly Lauren moved away as she signed with her hands to Camila and she approached us , Lauren was holding Camila's hand as she raised Camila's hand and I could see an engagement ring , my mom and Liv although they were standing in the kitchen , I could hear them screaming with excitement as for me , I stood still not knowing what did Lauren meant by standing in front of me and telling me as she looked at me with excitement waiting for an answer.

" co-ngratz " I stated as I didn't know what else to say.

" Mom , Can I please leave now " I pleaded , quickly as I already did what she asked and I behaved.

" wait , where are you going ?" Lauren asked , wondering.

" out " I answered as I wanted to keep it as short as possible , it wasn't her place to tell me where i was going.

" your sister just got here , you can leave afterword " Mom stated as I glared at her before I looked toward my dad who just came down from leaving the luggage upstairs.

" Daddy !!" I said as I added my puppy eyes look.

" okay fine ,Go " Dad answered as I could see the glare Lauren and my mom were giving him as my mom crossed her arms and I knew that meant a lecture for dad.

I practically dragged Val out of the living room seeing how she was attached to Camila.

~ 3 hour later~

Val invited me to her house after we finished shopping. I agreed to go with her just to get away from everyone and out from our full house. We walked into almost every store. I spent almost $300 on clothes and other stuff.

she kept telling me about my sister's next concert and begged me to go with her and I agreed , it was about 3 weeks from now and she already got the tickets.

"Val , I think I am going to go home." I told her as I looked at my watch and it was past 10.30 and my curfew is 9.30 but I knew mom wouldn't mind once she knew I was at Val's house because Val's mom and my mom were really close.

my parents were already a sleep as it was past 10 Pm.

I went straight home as it was 5 minute walk to my house. My feet hurts and I was exhausted. As I carried my five shopping bags and I was about to unlock the house door , When all of a sudden someone opened it for me.

I was hit with a hug. Lauren was attached on to me. she said " Thank god , your okay". I nodded.

I didn't know what was happening as I sow Dinah and Camila sitting on the couch watching a movie as Camila paused it and looked at us.

Soon Lauren pulled away as she looked at my face and her mood soon changed to anger.

She flipped her hair and tightened her robe before talking.

" Where were you ?" Lauren asked , well practically shouted , " Do you know how worried I was !! " she added.

Dinah was eating popcorn while she was watching us and I think she thought We were a scene from a movie of some kind as for Camila she soon moved from the couch to Lauren's side.

" Lauren calm down !! " Camila mummers as I just stood their watching as Camila whispered some things to Lauren and I couldn't hear anything but Lauren soon chuckled.

Meanwhile , I took my shopping bags and I was about to make my way to the stairs as I was soon pulled back.

" I can come when ever I want to , its not like mom minds and I can bet she is already asleep so you don't have the right to tell me  when I should come to the house and beside no one told you to worry " I added before I pull my arms away from her grab.

I Left them downstairs as I carried my bags up the stairs to my room, I heard my parents in the room next to mine.it was weird that they were awake until this hour. I stopped at their door and listened to what they were saying. It sounded like they were arguing something about Lauren.

I rolled my eyes and proceeded to my room as I thought about how everything is centered about Lauren.

I threw my bags on the floor in the corner of my room and let myself fall onto my queen sized bed.

As I was scrolling through my phone , I heard a knock.
