Since America's glasses represent Texas, what if every time a tornado higher than an F3 happened, his glasses would just spazz out. Like, America is sitting in a world meeting and all of a sudden his glasses start to spin around, eventually flying off his face and spinning around the meeting room until the tornado ended.
