Madalas gumagamit ako ng "S.T.A. Or Switch Titanium Appearance" isang capsule na pag-ininom ko ay nagging lalake ang anyo ko para matago ang aking tunay na pagkatao, invented by Tita Genius Dave just for me (kaya nga Super Duper Idol and Love na Love ko siya 😘😘😘). Hindi rin ako tinatablan ng kahit anong klase ng Bala, Bomba at kahit Lazer pa yan, pinalalakas at pinaliliksi din nito ang aking katawan (kaya nga lagi ko pinapatugtog ang Titanium tuwing may secret mission ako, lakas maka gana sa pakikipag laban Ahahaha 😁😁😁). Tumatagal lang ang bisa nito sa loob ng 6 na oral.

Anyway... I'm now eating my breakfast, it was only 5am but I need to be in the hospital before 7am, I wanted to read and study each patients chart 📈 to know what are the intervention and update has been implemented/added during my off time then I'll proceed on my morning rounds. So I need to eat fast because I still have to take a bath 🛀 even if the hospital is just less than 20mins. drive away here in my pad.
