16. Bullet To My Heart

I want to make tonight a perfect night,

Because you and I know it feels right.

You’re the only one that I need,

Because it’s off your love that I feed.

I’m trying to reach the stars,

But my head is lost in Mars.

I’m trying to turn back time,

To a time when you were mine.

Back to a time when we were together,

We thought we’d be in love forever.

I cant stand us being apart,

It feels like a bullet to my heart.

I want to see your smiling face again,

So that I can stop writing with this pen.

I’d give up writing this song for you,

Just to hear you say you love me too.

If I could change the things I said and did,

If I could show you the feelings I desperately hid.

To tell you how sorry I am,

Even though you don’t give a damn.
