3. Feelings

When the stars will all align

It washes away my total sadness

I think it’s about the right time

That we all got over this.

I saw you last night in my dream

You kiss me then walked away

I wanted so much to kick and scream

You know I hate being treated that way.

At least in the dream

You gave me some attention

That much I deserve

But even then you hadn’t changed

Still playing games with people

Still full of yourself

But this time you’ll be surprised

I’ve grown a lot

When you weren’t looking

I became a new person

With feelings and love

And I saw the truth

I deserve better than you

Than what you can give me

Than the pain and games

That come with loving you

I’m over it. I’m free

Now that that’s clear

You can finally know

That I’m not falling for it again
