Chapter 7

Nikki's P.O.V

I wake up to the sun shining in my eyes. Ugh, who opened the curtains? I think to myself as I sit up. Only to be pulled down by a heavy weight being on top of me. I turn around and screamed.

His head snapped up immediately and he looked around the room before his eyes landed on me.

"What's wrong? Why are you screaming?" he asked as he rubbed his eyes sleepily.

"Why are you in my bed?"

"Oh," he said, rubbing the back of his neck, "you had a nightmare last night and when I came in to check on you, you asked me to stay"

I looked at him weirdly trying to remember what happened last night.

Oh right! Now I remember.

"Oh yeah, thanks for that." I said shyly looking away.

Damnit Nikki!, I meantime scolded myself. Why'd you have to embarrass yourself like that? Stupid stupid stupid. I face palmed before I noticed Jake looking at me weirdly.

"What?"

"Um nothing", he said looking away.

Well okay then...weirdo

"Lets go back to sleep, yeah?" he said while laying down and pulling me with him.

"Oh um, yeah, okay sure", I closed my eyes and we soon drifted off to sleep.

Hopefully I have another chapter soon..if I can think of what to put. So like comment ideas for me or what ya want to see in the next chapter? I was going to try and work on another chapter on Thursday but then I realised Thursday is my birthday sooo happy early birthday to me woot woot 🎉
