I walked back to my house the Saturday after prom. On Monday was graduation, and I was just happy that it would be summer.

Taylor: hi
Josh: what are u doing today
Taylor: nothing
Josh: wanna go out to lunch at 12?
Taylor: ok :)
Josh: meet at my house at 11:00-11:30
I shut off her phone and started to get ready. Even though I didn't like Josh as "more than a friend", it was worth a shot to get Jacob off my mind.
I straightened my naturally wavy hair, and put on black leggings and a white pink-brand sweatshirt. I slid on my black nike sneakers and left.
I arrived at his large brick house at about 11. He came downstairs and we walked into town.
"Are you paying, or?" he asked.
"Uh.. Okay"
We left and he walked me back home.
