I promised my little brother Bodhi that I would take him to the park today. Friday evenings after school and after work were our special days. Bodhi was my eight year old brother that lived with me in my apartment a block away from the park. He had started living with me this year since my mother and father were going through some sort of separation at the moment and they didn't want him around it.

I smiled as I watched him drag me along the sidewalk. "Slow down, buddy! We have to walk, remember? I don't want you getting hurt," I reminded him.

He slowed down for a few steps before immediately speeding back up. When we reached the corner we had to turn before reaching the park he let go of my hand and ran around the corner. I yelled his name and immediately ran after him, only to crash right into a woman who Bodhi has apparently already stumbled into.

I was in shock at what I had just done so I quickly got to my feet and offered my hand out. I didn't even get a look at the woman's face while I helped her to her feet I was too busy rambling about how insanely sorry I was.

I reached down and picked up her purse and handed it to her before I picked Bodhi up.

"And you mister don't ever run without holding my hand again? Now what do you tell this kind woman?"

Bodhi was always so shy around people, especially girls so he just put his head in my neck and mumbled he was sorry. I chuckled a little before finally looking at the woman before me.

"I truly am sorry I-"

I stopped mid sentence when I saw just who I had crashed into. Standing before me was none other than the gorgeous model Kendall Jenner. I was in awe but I knew I had to play it cool. I didn't want to be one of those people that freak out over her. She's a human just like me after all. I shook my head for a second to get my head back into reality.

I checked back into what was going on in front of me and Kendall just kept smiling at me with her gaze shifting from me to my little brother. I then realized she hadn't said anything to me yet.

"Is he yours?" She asked me all the sudden.

I chuckled and shook my head, "He uh no, no he's my little brother. It's a long story but he's living with me for awhile. I'm only 23 I don't plan on having any soon. He's enough for me."

I kissed my brothers head and looked back at Kendall.

"Well again I am truly sorry for running into you. You're okay right?"

She nodded in response.

"Okay good because you know I feel really terrible about this. Well, I better leave you to whatever it is you were doing. And we better finish our Friday park day, huh Bodhi?"

I looked back at the boy in my arms and all he did was nod and look at me then at Kendall. She gave him a sweet smile and waved to him.

"Bye Bodhi, it was nice running into you," she laughed lightly which managed to make Bodhi smile before he moved his face in my neck again.

I chuckled and gave Kendall a nod before starting to walk back down the sidewalk. I was about two steps away before I heard her call out to me, "Hey, wait!"

I turned around and she took a step toward me, "I never caught your name."

I smiled at her and held my hand out to shake hers, "Well when you tell your friends about the idiot and the cute kid that ran into today, you can tell them the idiot was named Y/N."

She giggled a little and I thought it was one of the sweetest sounds I had ever heard. She reached out and shook my hand, "And when you tell your friends about the girl you ran into today you can tell them that it was Kendall Jenner."

I nodded and smiled before dropping her hand. I looked up at the sky and it was starting to get dark out. I pulled out my phone and checked the time.

"I'm sorry little man but it's too late to go to the park now. Next Friday I promise we'll make it okay? Maybe next time we won't run into a pretty girl." He just nodded in response and kissed his head again. I glanced up at Kendall to see her blushing a little.

"Well goodbye Miss Kendall Jenner, see you around." And with that I began my walk back home. I couldn't believe what had just happened. I don't think I'll be able to sleep tonight because of it.

It wasn't rare seeing celebrities around Los Angeles but seeing Kendall in person left me shell shocked. She was flawless and was extremely kind when I had nearly ran her over. If only I knew what she was thinking.

I tossed and turned with my mind consumed with thoughts of the model. I decided it would be best to just forget the whole situation even happened because there was no way anything would come of it. When I finally dozed off all I dreamt about was her.
