XxRennyDxX: Can you do a young Derek Hale story and the reader is Stiles fraternal twin sister and Derek doesn't remember her but her scent is familiar. (and make it where she knew Cora)

A/N: I'm not exactly sure what you meant by the connection to Cora so I kinda guessed.

"Stiles stop shoving me into your closet!" you groaned as your twin slammed the door shut. "stay quiet y/n" he ordered and you rolled your eyes.

"o-oh he-hey Derek.." your brother stuttered. "Wheres Scott." Derek asked, looking around for the boy. "He's.. late" sighed Stiles. He knew how upset Derek got when one of them was late, he took it as a lack of commitment. You tried to listen in more but you couldn't see anything. He sounded like your friends brother. You remembered Cora mention a family member by the same of Derek. 

Derek was about to scold Stiles when the scent hit him. He stopped and looked around confused. "Someones here..." he growled. "N-no! Someone WAS here" Stiles chuckled nervously. Derek meanwhile was stunned into silence. He couldnt pinpoint who the scent belonged to. 

The sweet soft scent brought back memories of his sister and his heart clenched at the past. He followed the scent to the closet where you stood. 

When he opened the door, his green eyes connected with your hazel ones. He looked at you in confusion and looked at every detail of your face. 

"...Stiles..." you whined now nervous, you didnt recognize him either, after all, you had only seen him twice before the Hale family went down in flames. Derek heard your heart tighten at the horrible memory, of losing your best friend, your family outside of family. 

"Derek... this is my sister y/n... Cora's best friend..." Stiles swallowed. Stiles knew about your connection with the Hale family and he supported your friendship regardless the bad reputation the family had. 

Dereks eyes softened as the memories of you came rushing in. "y/n..." he whispered and you looked at him, tears in your eyes from the memory of your friends death. "Oh my god y/n, you have no idea how happy i am to see you... i thought you were in the fire! Last thing i remember was Cora telling me you were visiting that day..." Derek let out as he hugged you. 

You broke down in tears. "N-no... I went but i remembered that i had forgotten my books in my locker so rushed back to school and when i came back i found the house up in flames. I called for help and firefighters eventually showed up but i never saw Cora or anyone else after. I though you were dead as well." you whispered and cried.

"Im glad youre alive..' you both said at the same time and laughed before hugging again.

Hey guys, sorry for the delay on the update... i sprained my wrist so i couldnt type for a while. This is short and crappy, cause my wrist still hurts but its an update haha
