Dear Connor,

Thanks for always knowing what to say. I really appreciated your kindness regarding my "stupid feelings" that I talked about last time...sometimes I just need someone else's opinion to prove to me that I'm not crazy, or weird, or stupid...you get my drift. Thank you, you're always so kind to me and I wish I could ever make you feel that good about yourself. You deserve the world.

But I did notice in your letter that you implied that someone had found your blog? I do hope it wasn't a terrible "someone" who would use that against you (Ashley...that's who I'm talking about). If it was a rude someone who found it, just remember that you're better than they are and that you are the "good guy"...and goodness always wins!

Also, you seem to be under the impression that you would be "intruding" in my house. As if! You and your family are more than welcome here, and I'm super excited for you to come! It's gonna be a blast and I know that we're all going to have so much fun. As for what you should bring, I would suggest a camera for sure, since you'll want to take lots of pictures, and a ton of cash so that you can have souvenirs from here! Also, I totally didn't have to check how to spell "souvenirs" (I did). We can go to the beach while you're here! Paradise Beach is less than an hour from my house. Do you burn or tan? I tan but both of my siblings burn. It's great, actually. I've already gotten a little tanner in the little bit of spring that we've had!

Also, you're totally welcome to bring that baseball bat and beat up Kevin. I'm sure that half of the student body at my school would thank you for it honestly.

I'm sorry that this letter is so short...I didn't mean for it to be! But I really want to go and get the house ready for you guys to come, because I'm beyond excited! I don't usually show this much emotion, so this is weird for me, but I am so excited, and I hope you are too! I will see you Saturday, have a safe flight!

A/N: THEY'RE GONNA MEET IN THE NEXT CHAPTER!!! Why I'm freaking out, I don't know, I think I'm honestly just really scared that this is in no way going to live up to everyone's expectations, but I will try!!

A few things!

2. Dear Sydney has a new cover, courtesy of chocpop! I love it so much and can't thank her enough! Make sure to let her know how bomb it is, guys!

3. Turn in your Writing Palace entries! The sooner you turn them in, the better!

4. Thank you guys for all your support and for advertising Dear Sydney to your own followers in lieu of the Wattys! (which Dear Sydney has been entered in) A lot of you have asked me how to let Wattpad know of your vote for it, which I am so grateful for! My best idea is to tweet @ Wattpad, including a link to Dear Sydney and saying that it's your pick for the Watty's 2016 Trailblazer AND/OR Visual Story award! You guys are amazing and I can't believe how much support this story has gotten! (Including hitting 30,000 reads yesterday AND # 85 in Teen Fiction...whaaaaaaaat?)
