I stand behind Natsu and make a fist with my hand and placed the thumb side of my fist against his upper abdomen, below the ribcage and above the navel.
Then, I grasped my fist with my other hand and pressed into his upper abdomen with a quick upward thrust.

I continued to repeat this maneuver until the piece of omelette that was lodged in Natsu's throat shot out of his mouth.
The piece of omelette flew straight at Happy in a rapid speed knocking the poor cat out.
