I must include this point at first because if you are beautiful and healthy from inside, the effects would be on your outside too. After all beauty comes from within.

1. Green tea: Exchange your morning tea with green tea. Not only it will help detoxify your body but also will keep your hormones balanced. The breakouts we usually get in our face is caused mostly by hormonal imbalances. And as a bonus, it helps to burn fat !!! I know it will taste bad the first couple of days...but you will get used to it like I did! Green tea also contains antioxidants, which means it is anti-aging! Make sure you but the organic green tea!

Eggs: Now about eggs, I would say it's a nutrient bomb! So many benefits!! Man I don't know where to start! What I do is, I eat boiled egg every single day in the morning. There is an Indian expression, saying : No matter it's Sunday or Monday, eat eggs everyday! It's good for your hair, skin, eyes and pretty much everything!

Fish: As a Bengali family, we have fish on a daily basis. They are very much healthy and yummy to eat! Especially hilsa fish!! Yummy! And you know eating fish helps you strengthen your hair follicles! It will reduce hair loss from your scalp and will  improve  your eyesight.

Black seed: Black seed OMG!! They are like the magic seeds! Good for every single organ in your body! Really get good for your skin! And guess what! It also burns fat ! You may just have half a teaspoon everyday or just add the pure black seed oil to your daily meals

Aisha (RA) heard Muhammad (S) say that Black seed can cure any disease except death.

So that's that! You may have understood how magical these blessed seeds are!

I eat all these daily (except fish) and you won't believe my dear sisters, the results are amazing Alhamdulillah! One more thing, oily food causes pimples!! So avoid them!
