Kakashi POV:
I was sitting in my apartment with Sasuke when I got the knock on my door. I would try to send Sasuke home, but knew that the terrible nightmares about what happened to his teammate would not end.
"Hello?" I asked an out of breath Kurnei.
"Jiraiya is approaching the village gates." She exclaimed while panting.
I was out of that apartment before anyone knew what happened and on my way to the gates. I froze at what I saw.
There stood Tsunade, the Great Slug Sanin, carrying my severely wounded student in her arms.
Said student started to whimper and Tsunade handed the far too light child to Jiraiya, who brought him up to his chest and whispered some things in the child's ear while shaking him gently as if he were an infant.
Once Naruto calmed down, Jiraiya addressed Kakashi.
"Why hello, Kakashi, long time no see." He said with a serious tang in his voice.
"Naruto." Was all that I could say.
"Itachi got to the poor kid and then if that isn't enough for the brat, Orochimaru decided to have some fun as well.
"He didn't..."
"Naruto hasn't been awake. Mangekyo Sharigan got to him too hard. He only woke up when Orochimaru got to him." Jiraiya replied while smiling down at Naruto.
"This should keep him peaceful for a few hours at least." Tsunade said preparing a syringe.
Shizune then pulled down Naruto's pants, exposing a tan little bottom. Tsunade then stuck the syringe into it, receiving a loud groan from the bottom's owner.
"Shhh it's okay, everything's gonna be okay." Jiraiya told Naruto a few times until he calmed down again.
Jiraiya then, clearly exhausted from the journey, handed the limp form to Kakashi.
It didn't need to be said that they were going to the hospital.
