sometimes I just want to smile,
I want someone to stop my tears.
sometimes I just want to cry,
I want someone to fight my fears.
I laugh at poor jokes
sometimes I want to shout,
I want someone to calm me down.
sometimes I just want to keep quiet,
I want someone to refuse my frown.
I laugh at poor jokes
sometimes I want to throw about stones,
I want someone to make a sound.
sometimes I want to break all my bones,
I want someone to bring me around.
I laugh at poor jokes
sometimes I just want to hear,
I want to hear someone laugh.
sometimes I just want to hear,
I want to hear someone laugh.
so,
I laugh along at poor jokes.
