Because of the amount of times Francis has wrapped or hugged Arthur from behind, Arthur would shout out "Francis!"
So when Alfred does that, Arthur would shout out the Frenchman's name (Plus, let's not lie; Alfred would probably pout or become jealous)
Extra (I guess):
Francis one time hugged Arthur from behind at a meeting and yelled out;
"Alfred!"
In which everyone would look at him and Alfred would be pretty happy.
