It's the second week of school and things were just as boring as ever, at least it was Friday and I could escape for two whole days down to Sedona with my Nanna, I needed someone who understood me to talk to, Brianna she gets me in a way but she's always busy with Randy and her own things I wouldn't want to bug her. Nanna on the other hand she loves when I come not only spend time with her but when I talk about the things in this life that bugs me she tells me how life can be worse and that I am so fortunate to be born in the life that I was. I understand her but I wish my parents were grateful they think their entitled to what they have. I really need time away from San Diego the past two weeks have been none stop dinner dates with Alberto and Nick I really don't get how they keep asking me knowing that I've gone out with both of them in the same week. I wonder if they even like me or if they are both being forced into doing this like I am? I just don't know how I am supposed to survive this all year and if I don't get accepted into an out of state college then I don't know how I will survive this the rest of my life.
I was on my way home when Brianna called me I decided to ignore it being that I was almost home anyways so whatever she needed could wait. I was about to turn on our street when she called me again so I pulled over and decided to answer.
"Brianna I'm like 5 minutes away you can wait." I said about to hang up when she began to yell.
"Don't come home." She said and I brought the phone back to my ear.
"What why?" I said
"Mom invited, Nick's family and Alberto's family for a BBQ some other families too but most importantly those too." She said I got so angry why do they have to do this to me?

"Well can you take my overnight bag out and I'll start heading to Nana's house?" I said hoping that I'll get to escape.
"No dads like outside if he sees you he will make you come in and change for the BBQ ." She said beginning to whisper.
"Why are you whispering?" I said confused.
"Mom came into the room and handed me something that came in the mail." She said talking normal now. "I told her you were Randy."
"Wait why is dad outside shouldn't he be inside getting ready too?" I said.
"Well yeah but I don't know he said that he's waiting for a delivery but he knows you're going with Nanna so he doesn't want you to leave until this whole thing is over." She said.
"Okay you know what I'm going down to the beach." I said putting her on speaker and starting the car again.
"Okay but go like across town or something knowing dad he will probably send JJ to look for you so just get out of La Jolla and I'll call you, when it's safe to come home.
"What if I start heading over to Nanna now? I mean I can just buy some clothes or I'm sure I have some there." I said thinking about what to do.
"You could but you know traffic is horrible at this hour, besides I wanted to go down with you but if you want to leave now then that's fine I can go some other time." She said and I felt bad.
"No it's fine I'll go down into the next town I'll see you later okay?" I said driving away I only drove about 20 minutes away but still it was out of La Jolla, my parents wouldn't think to look for me here in Solana Beach the only time we have been here is when my dad built a hospital and they named a part of it after him and even then we only came for the ribbon cutting then headed home but that was such a long time so why would they think to look for me here? I needed to turn on my goggle maps considering that I have never been here I've only passed through when going to L.A so I have no idea where the beach is I hope they don't come looking for me someone how.
John's Pov
Today was Friday, such a beautiful day too so since Aj hadn't called me about handing out I decided to ask her if she wanted to since me and my brothers were already going to head down there as well. She told me that she would just meet up with the girls and they would come meets us. The girls was made up of Aj of course, Eve Torres, Eva Marie, Barbie, my brothers and I decided to look for a place and set up everything we brought with us, when we finished the girls came and they brought food. Well decided to swim first then eat because none of us felt like eating then waiting an hour to go in the water.

How can John not know that inside I'm dying for him to ask me out, we've known each other since he moved here a few years ago and since then he's never had a girlfriend me and the girls all have crushes on him but they have agreed to let me have him they know his is the one person I like so thru keep encouraging me to go for it, but I always chickened out not not today, today was the day I would finally tell him how I felt I stayed by his side the whole time he didn't seem to mind he just smiled and occasionally giving me side hugs I was going to pull him after we ate but the guys decided to play football from the corner of my eye I saw this girl just walking along side the water I didn't pay much attention to her until the football went her way and she didn't seem to notice we all began to urge her to move or catch the ball because at the speed it was going it could break her nose and yet nothing it's like she was on her own little world John was already running towards it when suddenly she looked up and it was just inches away from her face, thankfully John grabbed it, as a tide rolled in and and began to knock her down but John grabbed her they looked at each other and my heart was breaking he looked at her in a way that he's never looked at anyone not even me......
