Layah: I thought I was good but the judges didn't seem to enjoy it but it's alright (smiling).
Mother:Well maybe someone in the audience noticed you.
Layah: I doubt that mom but thanks for trying to make me feel better.Ima head up stairs and get ready for class.
Mother:alright honey you'll get them next time and be careful on your way out OK.
Layah: OK mom.
***On Campus
Layah Layah I heard my best friend Destiny called out.
Layah: yes?
Destiny: how did it go?
Layah: it went like all of the other dances went.
Destiny: oh I'm sorry Layah.what about your mix tape?
Layah: (sad look)haven't heard anything I bet they threw it away.Maybe I should give up my dream they're not seeming to come true anyway.
Destiny: No! You can't give up you tried so hard to get to where you are now.
Layah: where am where did I go huh?nowhere I'm still where I was 4 years ago!
Destiny: but...
Layah:but nothing I'm just done OK? I got to go see you tomorrow.
