Suspicions (Ryan's Pov)

That very evening,i cant stop thinking about Reign.i decide to go talk to my parents.

They have always supported me till i divorced my husband.Mum wasnt happy at all and she cried,she refused to believe everything and the evidence i gave her about my husband's betrayal.she insists that there is an explanation for everything.
When she heard how i treated him,she didnt talk to me for months,she said i should have let him explain,and i think she's right.

I drive to their home and my parents welcome me.we go and sit down and dad asks me,
"Son,you didnt sound well on the phone,anything bothering you?"
"Dad,today i met a little boy,he ran into me,i swear dad he looked like me and Vic" i tell him

"What,are you sure?"dad asks
"Yes,dad" i reply my eyes tearing up.
"Could i have a grandson out there? Ryan,i hope to God that you didnt make the worst mistake of your life,i always warned you that something wasnt right,about what happened but you said you trusted Vance" mum says
As soon as mum says that,i feel so awful.
"What was the kid's name?"dad asks
"Reign Ashwin Galventes Ocampo" i say
"Oh My God,!!!!" Mum says and begins tearing up,

"Ryan,lets hire a private investigator,have them find out everything from a week before you divorced" Dad says

"Yes dad,thats a great idea" i reply
I get my phone and call my lawyer and ask him to send me the number of a good Private investigator.

Minutes later,i get the number and call him,
"Mr,Fernandez,i need you to look for the whereabouts of my ex-husband,Victor Galventes Ocampo as soon as possible,then i want you to find out everything that happened from a week before we divorced,and information about a boy called Reign Ashwin Galventes Ocampo 'thank you" i say
"Lets wait and see" my dad says.

I leave my parents home and drive back to my place.

The next morning,i am getting ready for work and my phone rings,i pick it up,
"Hello,who is it?"i ask
"Its me Fernandez,i found out some information about Victor Ocampo.He lives in Kress,street forty,house7."
"Thank you,keep me informed." I reply

I make up my mind,i drive to Kress,turn on street forty and drive down to house 7. I pack infront of the simple beautiful house and get out,i am so nervous its the first time am seeing him in four years.

I hear shouting from the house,'you cheated','no,i didnt' and people running around.

I knock on the door and it opens,i see the most beautiful sight ever,Victor comes out with Reigns arms around his neck and legs wrapped around his waist like a monkey and they laughing while Reign is kissing his face allover.
When he sees me,he looks at me with a look of pure hatred.

Then Reign moves to hug me but Victor stops him and hugs him tighter to himself,Reign pouts and says,
"But Daddy that is the man who took me to the nurse,can i give him a hug?"he asks
"No,baby,you are not allowed to hug strangers" Victor says
As soon as he says that, i feel so hurt and pained,i look at him with a hurt look,but he stares at me with an emotionless and blank look.
"Baby,go watch some tv ok? Am coming to make you lunch,go on" victor says
"Okay,dad,"he replies
Victor puts him down and he rans inside,he moves to close the door but i stop him,
"Vic,i need to talk to you"
"Stay away from me and my baby,we have no business to talk about" and he slams the door on my face.
I bang the door,
"Vic please,its important,please"
"Hurts huh?"he replies
"Am going to find out the truth"i yell back.
"Should have done that years back,get out of my place"he shouts back.

I leave and my eyes can't stop tearing,they look happy together,just the two of them.
I have always wanted a family,i hope i get good news and Vic still looked as handsome as ever.
