Okay, so after a good long while of contemplation, the judges and I have finally come to an agreement. Now, this was an extremely hard decision to make, and a, long debate followed. Sorry for getting these results out so late..... as I said on my message profile thingy, we went out to a tea party, and debated about various subjects and drank tea and then someone brought out a sword collection (I am talking Katana's, long swords and broadswords) we looked at them and talked about them for two hours at least. They also had a family coat of arms, and it was the coolest thing I had ever seen. Like, they got it cast into a gold ring and it was like a seal. It was awesome. So we got home around 1:00 AM and I forgot about the results and stayed up till three reading a book. (Peter Pan and the Star Catchers, an amazing book) Go read it! So then I woke up at 12:00 PM..... and totally forgot and sat with breakfast and a cup of tea and read a book. We watched TV too.... Then I realized I was suppose to have the results out, and freaked out. I went to down to the computer room to post them, but my father was on. So..... now I am posting them.... *shrugs*
But you don't care about that do you? You want results... And are tired of my stalling... because I am evil. So, I would make you sweat and die.... but.... I am not to terrible.
Anyways, this decision was not made lightly. It was very hard. In the end it came down to how well the piece was written, because each of you had wonderful visions of the prompt. I was very impressed. And while I know the Judges are not at a full agreement, I had to go with who I thought was best in the grammatical and punctuation area.
So without further stalling, the winner is Stars_Alight. Congrats! I loved your work.
Everyone else came so close, it was scary, and it made the decision SO hard. I can't wait to see what else you guys astound me with.
Now for the painful part. Because she did not submit these last two rounds, and even though I live her like a sister, I must eliminate RiverDaughter. I'll have the next task out soon.
