Summer's Mall 2nd Floor:

Automatikong huminto ang lahat nang bumukas ang elevator at humakbang ako palabas mula roon.

"Good morning Mr.Summer" the mall's staffs and securities greeted me ng makasalubong ko ang ilan sa mga ito.

I nodded at them with a serious face as I walked pass through them with Mr.Norris tailing me.

"Be sure that all the occupants are having their fair share in my building. At siguraduhin mong magrerenew sila ng contract para sa taong ito." I said to my male secretary habang binabaybay ang tagiliran ng palapag na iyon.

My eyes scanned every corner of the said floor while kept on nodding sa mga bumabati sa aking mga employees and occupants.

Araw araw kong ginagawa ang pagmomonitor sa aking mall.

I just wanted make sure na bawat puwesto doon ay mag-aakyat ng pera sa aking gusali at sa akin na rin.

I knew that I am being the center of everyone's attention but as long na hindi konektado sa business ang dahilan niyon ay wala akong oras upang ituon sa mga ito ang aking paningin.

I heard Mr.Norris sighed behind me. "Paano po iyong mga bumaba ang sale sa market this year, Mr.CEO?"

Agad akong huminto kaya naman dire-diretsong bumangga sa aking likod ang aking secretary.

That made him grunted ng tumama ang ilong nito sa aking solid and well toned back.

Tsss...

I snickered at iritadong bumaling dito.

May death wish ba ang nilalang na ito?!

This midget knew about the two things that I hated the most in this world, right?

Una ay ang pinakiki-alaman ang aking pera at pangalawa ay ang basta basta na lang hinawakan ang perpekto kong katawan.

Mr.Norris stepped back then grabbed his bruised nose. "Uhurm, sowi cher!"

Plus there's no one in Adamson City who could tolerate my tantrums except for this dude and Mr. Elliot.

So it's wise to just let his clumsiness slide and just focus sa mga narinig ko mula rito kanina.

Slumping my two hands inside of my grey slacks pocket, I released a deep breath to calm my nerve.

"Bring me all the names ng may mga mababang market sales this afternoon. Then give them notifications about an urgent meeting tommorow" turning my back on him ay ipinagpatuloy ko na ang sarili kong pagroronda.

Swiftly Mr.Norris followed me.
"Urgent meeting, Mr.CEO? For the contract renewal?"
