With clenched fists, I headed down the road away from my old home, and away from...her home. I got angry just thinking about her! How dare she speak to me in that tone of a voice?

No, don't do it, Ethan, I told myself. Don't think about her. Just be glad that you finally delivered that package, so you can leave.

Yes, I can leave. Put this town behind me and forget everything.

The city was loud; dangerous and busy, as always. I kept my hood up so that it covered my face, and thanks to that, people went out of their way to avoid me. I made my way out of the flow of the crowd and slipped into the shadowy darkness of the alleyway. Yanking my hood down, I rested against one of the brick walls, closed my eyes, and did my best to forget her.

I just cannot write right now. I'm thinking about way too much.

Sorry, guys. Maybe later I'll be able to write. don't even consider this a Chapter..
